I actually haven't seen much sexism, racism or homophobia on WoW. I've see a little in trade chat but not that much. I'm actually beginning to suspect that there just aren't that many females on my servers. There's only really 3 females in my guild that are ever on and one of them is the GL so no sexism in the guild, except jokingly.

We've been told not to drive vehicles in Ulduar. "No women drivers please"
Albeit he was mostly joking but, I have been stuck as a gunner every time we go unless that person isn't raiding that night.
There was also a horrible post on our realm forums back when the whole Rihanna/Chris Brown beating happened, where several people on our server were basically saying it was probably her own fault and that if women want equality we should be willing to take beat downs just like men do.
Last time I checked all men aren't beating and biting each other every chance they get, thats called assault no matter who does it. Really made me mad.

Aha, I just remembered there's that quest in Nagrand where you're going along with some ogres to beat up other ogres. As you escort them they start comparing each other's impressions of a dying orc. xd
That's more racism than sexism, but I think one of the clearer examples.

ive seen lots of it my guild is like total half and half ive been in several guilds (on dif chars. not all the same toon dif relems too) and its kinnda weird me being female and some of the things guys will talk about isnt very nice
