Nalei of the Sirens Teia tilted her head in confusion when he summoned the void, and an expression that then turned to shock when he disappeared. When he spoke behind her she jump and whipped around.
"That was... well as you said."
She looked over Vareth curious at what he did. She remembered her dream and looked up, mouth slightly open.
"Maybe it wasn't a dream...How did you do that?" "Dream? You get visited by some pyscho 'god' as well? From what she said, it sounds like she gave a bunch of people two powers just to instigate a war in this town for her own amusement." He looked down at his hand as he clenched it. A more serious face etching its way into his expression. "I can't even guarantee that if I use these powers, I'll get pulled into her influence or something. It bothers me."

Kuinakitty Dark Prescense Kuinakitty "Then the Light Armor also has its weakness for now. Another ambush style ability. Standing still would probably help negate seeing me as easily." she replied in a thoughtful tone thinking of the possibilities. Walking over to Nyaru, she handed him the Screech orb before going back to the other side of the room staring into a mirror. She stopped the Light Armor ability and looked at her new reflection with her cat appendages. Her face soured at the size of her cat ears since they were small and rounded. She started fixing her new pink hair into a different fashion to where she had her hair over each cat ear making it look like she had larger pointed cat ears. She gave a cattish grin satisfied with her new look though the plain lab coat would have to go. Rummaging through a dresser right next to her, it reminded her that she was glad she had her own personal lab since she no longer required a house. Everything she needed was right here. Pulling out some new clothes, she held them in front of her not liking the combinations. (She is still in the clothing of her former image in my bio and just now changed her hairstyle to look like that of the present image.)'I'll have to get something tailored to my tastes...' she thought to herself with a pout. "The Null ability we will try in due time. Going by what it says, I can make out what it does easy enough." she said nonchalantly waving it off with her left hand not worried about that power. As she said that, she pondered on something else. "Hold out your hand to the side." Nyaru remained silent in his overly relaxed pose while she was lost in the mirror. He seemed happy to have the screech back, though he wasn't quite sure why. By how she addressed the Null ability now as compared to when she gave it to him, showed her shifting finicky nature. He had grown used to it and merely held on to the more positive descriptions of things over the dismissive when they no longer held her interest. He was startled by the sudden command, but did as he was told without hesitation, raising his hand out to the side. "...?" Turning towards him, she was carrying a clipboard in one hand as a pen bounced from her lip in the other. On the paper, it held notes about various points she decided was important enough to be written down in her research regarding the powers. Walking around Nyaru, she seemed to be doing an examination until she pulled a scalpel to stab him in a nonlethal point. She knew exactly where to make a strike that would bleed some at best since she has researched the human body enough during her genetic splicing experiments. If she was surprised, she didn't show it as Elli witnessed the barrier like force stop her scalpel from penetrating the body. "Then this proves my theory regarding that matter. This makes things interesting indeed. In a way Nyaru, you could consider yourself, and me included, invincible to any nonpower based attack. Just think of the possibilities...thieves running around stealing whatever they want laughing as cops possibly shoot at them in an attempt to slow them down only to fail. Even those that are peaceful could turn chaotic when they grow overly fond of their powers. Yes...this world will soon fall into darkness. Hmm, or maybe..."'...descended upon Linoon...'She went quiet for a moment throwing off her lab coat onto his arm that before heading to her closet and pulled out her red jacket. Heading back to him, she took her lab coat off his arm and layed it upon a table. "Further testing is required in my new research Nyaru. Come with me." ordered Elli as she went to the door. Nyaru's eyes followed her as she moved around him and then focused on the scapel as it neared, almost moving in slow motion. He did not move out of the way and his eyes widened some for a moment when it was stopped. He looked back to her listening closely then looked at the lab coat thrown onto his arm a moment before just looking at a blank wall. When she pulled it off of him he looked back to her. "Of course." He followed her to the door.

'Now we shall see the depth of this god's whim.' thought the scientist as she walked forward as if to walk outside the city until she felt a resistance stop her from pressing onward. Now, a regular scientist would have taken their luxurious time in testing the area but Elli was different from what would be known as a normal scientist after all. She had no problem using herself in testing something. She tried with all her might to push through, but it was to no avail. "So no one can leave or possibly even enter. I see, she wishes to raise this town into oblivion to feed her desires. Nyahahaha! I like it!"Turning back to Nyaru, she still had her smile spread across her lips. "Nyaru, it is time we began finding some specimens."

Nyaru followed same as he always did, and the bright morning light made him squint as they had been awake most of the night. When she walked into the barrier, Nyaru felt like stopping her, but knew it would only make her angry. The nonharmful result calmed him. While she spoke and he listened, Nyaru was scanning the area for threats and then looked outside and saw a squirrel not moving an inch. Nyaru tilted his head in confusion and noticed something in the sky. A bird was unmoving in the air from time being stopped and his eyes widened at the anomaly.
"Ellie, before we go, may I direct you to further information?"
He pointed to the bird stuck in time.
"I believe it goes further than no one being able to enter or leave."

"Mrow?" was her reply as she turned back to the barrier hearing his discovery. She had paid too much attention to the barrier itself and had not noticed what was further out. Giving a feral grin to Nyaru, she gave this new information thought.
"Not wanting the chance of any interferance I see. A smart play on her behalf. Nevertheless, it merely grants me more leeway. After all, my superiors are out of town. Nyahahaha~"
She was about to state the order of finding specimens again when her mind switched gears suddenly. Staring at her sleeve with distaste, she decided to change her plans to getting a new wardrobe first by threatening the tailor. She always wanted to try out a few of her more dangerous concoctions...
As she made her way towards a clothing shop, color schemes ran wild through her mind as she tried to come up with something.

Nyaru smiled at the praise and the comment which was unusual for him to say the least. He followed closely watching the surroundings intently.

Xisa the Fairy fox of the fallen ones Xisa the Fairy Kara accepted the tea with an appreciative nod and was amazed as always of the quality of maids under the Shilling's employ. She waited patiently and drank some of her tea with an eager smile as Alicia identified it as chai. She brought it down from her lips as Alicia spoke to her.
"It is quite exquisite... Yes I had a similiar experience, although I wasn't... asleep at the time."
She paused considering what to say, or if it would be best to show.
'Wind blessing... Sense... Hard to give a display for those. Oh wait.'
Kara leaned forward some, eyes alight with an idea.
"Alicia, close your eyes and clear your mind."
Kara gave a comforting smile.
"Trust me."(Cut in or continue from here) Kara until Alicia did and then spoke again.
"Now picture a silver orb in your mind, there should be two of them. What does your mind believe them to be known as?"
Kara waited patiently. Doing as requested, Alicia closed her eyes as she pictured a silver orb. Soon after, it multiplied to two as she stared at them curiously. Reaching out for one, it seemed to understand as it moved over and rested in her palm. Words sparked to life as the name and what it could do became visible. She was shocked to say the least. "Wind Bolt and Wind Armor are their titles, but how do I activate them?" spoke Alicia not realizing she activated the Wind Armor as elegant, pearl white wings formed on her back.
Kara's face brightened that it worked, then her eyes went wide as she noticed the wings. They were beautiful to say the least.
"I... I think you already did. You have wings. They suit you, like a little angel. You should be able to use the other one maybe like this."
Kara remembered a show she once watched and held her hand out palm up.
"Hold your hand up like this and imagine using it."
Kara activated wind's blessing while Alicia tried, little wings gathering at her ankles once more.
'Come to think of it I haven't tried my other one... Sense. Focus a sense.'
She felt her hair being a little out of place and reached for ribbon, fixing it. Without realizing it she had raised her sense of touch and was now lost in the softness of its fabric. Doing as instructed, she raised her arm forward while closing her eyes and thought of the other abilitiy. However, she did so without turning her hand away so it was directed at Kara since she said to just raise your hand. With Kara paying attention to her fabric, the wind suddenly shifted around Alicia's hand and a forceful gust rammed into her.

Kara's blissful thoughts were interrupted by the unexpected gust sending her spiraling into the air and then to the ground.
"Ack!"
She blinked back to her senses and wondered how her view was suddenly of the sky. She put a hand to her head and sat up, coughing once and then shaking her head.
"I think that went well... pity I wasn't of the right view to see it."
Kara smiled. She knew it was an accident and Alicia deserved no inkling of annoyance or rage.

Hearing Kara's sudden "ack!", she blinked her eyes open and stared at her laying on the ground further away. Her head tilted slightly to the side in curiousity before speaking.
"Are you tired?" she replied since she was laying on the ground and Alicia wasn't aware of it being her doing since she had her eyes closed.
Her wings from her wind armor flapped sending her into the air a little ways as she floated over and landed elegantly next to Kara.

Kara got back to her feet and brushed herself off.
"No, I just merely had the wind knocked out of me."
She took off her ribbon and fixed her hair before putting it back on and tended fully to her appearance while talking.
"So you can conjure gusts and wings, seems like a dream come true."
Kara motioned to the chibi wings at her ankles.
"I can run fast and sense more, so I'm a super human in a way I guess."

Reaching the tailor's shop, she began a conversation with the man about what she wanted only for it to escalate into her holding the man by the throat, her claws etching slightly into his skin. After a few more "convincing" words, he was more than happy to start on his work.
Letting out a sigh of remorse, Elli leaned against the counter while sliding her claws against the wooden counter feeling a sense of pleasure in doing so.
"Nyaru~" The kitty scientist purred when she looked his way. It had been about an hour now as they waited.
"See what you can do about speeding things up for me. The man might have a heart attack if I go in there and then all this effort would go to waste."

Nyaru pushed off of the the wall he had been leaning against and went into the next room.
"As you wish."
He opened the door and shut it behind him. The sound freaked out the person making them jolt around to look, everything about him prescared before he had enough seen the one who came in. He soon relaxed and looked at him confused.
"Hey your the one with her, what are you doing in here?"
Nyaru looked down to his wrist, tapping his foot to the tick of seconds passing off a clock in the room as he let out his claws and placed them high on the wall near him. He slowly drug them deeply down making a visible groove. The tailor looked at him with a mix of confusion and fear. Still tapping his foot to the seconds of the clock he drug his claws down again. The tailor soon realized what Nyaru was meaning about to hurry and turned back around to further the progress, doubling his speed. With the message received Nyaru relaxed into the wall against the grooves, looking at his claws.
