Physical Description:
Char is a skinny little thing that looks almost as though he's just wasting away. His ribcage is clearly visible at all times because he doesn't wear a shirt or anything on his upper half of his body, his arms are also very skinny but they have enough muscle on them that you can't see the bones poking through, the lower half of his body is shrouded in mystery but it can be safely assumed it looks similar to the upper half. Char has a sharp and heart shaped face, clean shaven. On his face he wears bandages around his eyes, not because he is blind (although he is blinded by the bandages) and his first eye if you ever saw it would look like many colours mixed in swirling round until meeting his deep black pupils. He will not ever take this off until he activates his resurrecion and even then this isn't always the case. His other eye is like a normal green eye but upon closer inspection you would notice that there is the shape of a Foetus in it, this is the one that remotely manipulates his powers. His hair colour is multicoloured and there seems to shift around on his head, there is no defined colour for it as they always switch and move in his ressurrecion, it appears spiked and messy and also long so it reaches down to his shoulders, also spiked.

He usually wears a look of pity, although this would be hard to tell considering his eyes are covered, for everyone he meets and his eyes are most of the time wide open although totally useless. He usually walks around in a battle ready position and quite often with his sword unsheathed even when he's not fighting

His mask is placed on his lower body and covers his thighs in the form of tentacles.

Zanpakuto:

Name: Mentiroso ((Liar))

Chara's Zanpakto takes the form of a great long lance about twenty metres long, clean and white save for the handle which is more like a slot for Chara's hand, it had a mouth with extremely sharp teeth which will, unless Chara has personally given that person permission to use his sword, eat an enemy's hand off, even after he has died or if he is many miles away from it. Along with the mouth holding his hand are many tentacles which curl around the users hand, all of this is a strange pink in colour. Inside the weapon is an actual handle which can be pulled out for about an inch extra of range.


Resurreccion:
Release Phrase: Lamerse los labios, Mentiroso ((Lick your lips, Liar.))

When this form is activated there is no way of telling, apart from the inital announcement of the release and the loss of both his sword and mask disappearing, although you'd be hard pressed to see his mask disappearing. When it ends he stands exactly as before and looks exactly as he usually would but his powers now come into play.

First he can create any kind of body part from wings to claws and even make his arm into a bone blade and then heal it back up again or form it into something totally different. Tentacles can also be formed and they are his favourite appendage. The new parts can be formed anywhere on the body.

Second he gains a liquid form of his Reiatsu which becomes all the liquids in his body, this liquid is what he uses to control and form his body into new shapes and can be used remotely too, if he spills enough of it around he could form entire new bodies and have multiple 'him's ' fighting his battles and each creating their own Reiatsu. He can also decompose his entire body into this liquid. He is able to shoot it out of any (yes any) hole on his body including his own cuts.

Third, his highly evolved eyes activate and upon taking the bandages off they begin working, his eyes can see almost anything as long as there is light present and he can switch between colours of light so if something is hiding itself Infra Red he can see that or if something is Ultraviolet he would be able to see it. His other powers are activated using the other one which sends a nerve signal to it optically using a light wave.

In basic to put it quickly Chara is able to manipulate his body and other people's through a liquified form of his Reiatsu and this liquified form can be used remotely, it doesn't offer him any other powers and otherwise his Arrancar powers are at the standard level they started at with nothing enhanced until he physically enhances it himself (and he cannot enhance spirit based powers).

Special Accessories:
He doesn't wear anything special save for the earlier mentioned bandages around his eyes.

Personality:
Chara is a quite kind Arrancar although he is undeniably a Hollow. He lives a life where he just tries to get on with his 'life' he doesn't involve himself in other people's buisness but is strangely bold and talkative whenever spoken to. Chara is really very empty headed and isn't thinking much, infact most of the day he daydreams about nothing.

Biography/History:
Chara used to be a lion hunter, he hunted lions and sold their heads to men who wanted to pretend they'd killed lions, unsurprisingly one of those days he got killed violently by a pack of lions when he ran out of bullets.

He as a Hollow adventured with a gang of Hollows slowly evolving, he evolved not because he enjoyed the power but because of interest to see just how high Hollow evolution could get.

Upon acheiving the level of Aduchjas he stopped and made himself into an Arrancar, a very well made on at that considering how often this kind of thing would go wrong, his new form interested him and he played with it in the desert until one day he learnt of this 'Las Noches' and decided to give it a visit. There he joined up with the Arrancar and this is where he is today, 2 years later.
