I thought my Library was safe from Twilight idiocy! I was sadly mistaken. I got to return my books today and there are Twilight posters posted on EVERY WALL! At least one on every. single. wall. I talked to My Librarian about it and she said that. "It draws the kids in." She sounded so heartbroken as she said it. Awww. Stupid other librarians! I'm soo freaking vexed. On the bright side, I finally did it. I thrw out the books.
It took me FOREVER because they were my older sister's, who had run away, and it's been hard on my mom to get rid of her crap. Any way, I but them ion front of my recycling bins with cute name tags on them that said things like "Hi! I'm a waste of paper." or "Hi! I killed more 300,00 tween, teen and adult minds." I also had a note telling the sanitary department about how much it meant top me that they took away the atrocities.

At least the Librarian knew it was bad, but to post that nonsense all over a library... just sickening.

 It's pretty sad that teenage girls will only read fail books.
Not me. When everybody read Twilight, I read "God's Demon".

Your sister ran away? I wouldn't be able to take tossing a sibling's stuff... I hope you did it for the right thing and not for sudden spite.
Stinks for your library. There was a Twilight poster in mine right below the sign that said "Young Adult Non-Fiction." Yeah, NON-fiction.
Libraries and bookstores probably get memos and posters to advertize the junk.
