XxdesolatelovexX exactly.. ! and really Ive met a girl whos said that *well something like it* to me and im like "you are not a lesbian when you are drunk, you're just a straight girl that had a few too many shots" and when it comes to the all gay people go to hell statement.. i just think thats screwed up... and they should go to hell.... the world is a effed up place... Eww yeah. Dx

and whats also rediculous is when people assume you are lesbian/gay/bi-sexual just because of your haircut.. (im getting a lot of people asking me about my sexuality after my haircut :/)

It annoys me that gay has become a fad, and how some people act aggressively gay. That's just plain old poseuring right there.
I love how it's become acceptable to people of our generation, but at the same time, I've known too many people who just said that they were gay or bi to sound rebellious and cool. THAT is what annoys the hell out of me.

The Atroxious It annoys me that gay has become a fad, and how some people act aggressively gay. That's just plain old poseuring right there. I love how it's become acceptable to people of our generation, but at the same time, I've known too many people who just said that they were gay or bi to sound rebellious and cool. THAT is what annoys the hell out of me. Yeah, what really sucks is when I go on a date with a girl and see her with a guy the next day. I don't even bother dating bi girls anymore because of that. I mean, I know that sounds judgmental, but I'd rather not be someone's experiment. >.<

kangaskhaaan Yeah, I think it's kind of lame how lesbians are more socially acceptable than gay men just because straight men find it hot. I mean really, it's gross if guys do it because guys should be banging chicks, but it's not gross if two vahjayjays are together instead of vahjayjay and a sausage? But oh well. Maybe more girls will start fangirling about how hot gay men are and it'll even itself out soon. >>;
I do think that sometimes stereotypes come into existence for a reason, and that's because certain types of people do the same things and wear the same things, but yar, despite the stereotype people shouldn't assume things about every individual. I personally dress depending on my mood. Plaid shirts and baggy jeans one day and skirts and blouses and dresses another. And I'm sure people assume things about me depending on my outfit. =x But yeah, gays do seem to be slowwwly more socially accepted, and by the time they're fully accepted (like african americans), people will wonder why it took so long to not be close-minded meanies. Or maybe it'll end when older generations are gone. im so glad that somebody besides me had payed attention to that. it really gets annoying. when girls come out as lesbians they only real grief they get is from their parents, and those people around that cause problems no matter what you do. you hardly ever hear of girls getting kicked out the house after their dad threw them down a flight of stairs. but, the girls have their tough spots too. lesbianism is often seen as a joke--something you do over spring break when you're drunk that you'll grow out of. it's all just really annoying. you think with all the people around proving how wrong stereotypes are that somebody would actually think about it when theyre in the real world and not staring at tv.
