personally, i could do without either in my life. that's not to say that they're both total crap or anything like that. by no means do i intend to bash either. it's just that neither draws me in.

for harry potter, i couldn't get past the first book or the third or fourth movie. and as for twilight, i couldn't get past the second book or the second movie.

they both lost my attention rather rapidly. i like books that keep me wanting to read and make me wanna continue the series, if applicable. neither cuts it for me. however, i totally respect people who like either. to each his own!
