Personality:
Niyol is a strong foal and independent. He knows what he wants in life and will strive to get it, no matter what costs. Despite this, he is a loving mustang and often finds himself feeling lonely. He has no fix home and sometimes craves the consistency that comes from a herd. He is a very family orientated mustang and when he has made you family in his head, you're going to stay there until the very end. He doesn't do anything by halves.
He is still growing so he sometimes comes off as possessive or bratish but he is simply trying to define who he is still and can't quite figure out how.
History:
Niyol was born into a loving herd, but grew up finding their love smothering. His mother was a kind mare who made him feel special and wanted and like he could do anything he set his mind to. Because of this, when he was still young, he ran away from his herd. He had warned his mother that he had been planning something like that and had wanted her to come with him, but she had shrugged it off as a joke.
When he had finally summoned the courage to do it, the herd had been left in shock. By the time they discovered him gone, he already had a head start. Using his small size, he had survived by traveling through the day and sleeping curled up at night. He is determined to prove himself and to make his family see that what he had done, by leaving the herd, it had all been worth it.

Personality:
A quiet soul, Flinn is a serious mustang. He is analytical and thoughtful, unable to do anything in a 'spur of the moment' without double checking it a few times in his mind. Most expect him to fiery and bold with his red colouring but he is actually quite shy. He is friendly enough, just quite when the times comes to socialize.
History:
No one really knows what happened to Flinn or where he came from. He's just always been alone. He remembers his mother in fleeting moments, flashes of a beautiful roan mare leaning over him coming to mind when he tries to think of her. Otherwise, he just knows that he was loved. He could remember the strong heart beat of his mother at his ear while he laid with her at night. He could remember his father nudging him to his feet, strong and proud as Flinn learned to walk.
He loved them and missed them, and wondered where they were now but he never tried to find them.
He never talks about them to other mustangs and will steer the conversation away from them if the subject is ever brought up.
