Me and one of my best friend have read all of the books in the Twilight series and she liked them rather much. So when I come up with the discussion that I don't like Twilight, she always disagrees with everything I say. I try not to talk that much about it cause my other best friend hasn't read all the books and I don't want to spoil the movie for her.
But in class today, we were talking about books. So my teacher said that she liked to read the books and then see the movie and some kids disagreed. So then she said "Which were better, the Harry Potter books or movies?" and most of the class said that the books were better. Then the girl sitting next to me asked me if the Twilight books were better than the movie. She told me that she didn't like the movie and I instantly said "No, the books aren't that good. I didn't like them that much." Then, my best friend who sits in front of me turned around and said to me "Yes you did."
Erm... NO I DIDN'T!
So then I told her that I almost fell asleep while reading New Moon and that I couldn't finish Breaking Dawn. She just looked at me like I was stupid and turned around. And now I think she's pissed off at me cause I didn't like Twilight and that I sometimes explain to her how much it fails.

Er, no offense but your friend sounds like a b***h. I mean, she was basically trying to bully you into an opinion by calling you out like that, and what gives her the right to state whether or not YOU like a book?

To be honest, I sometimes love to piss her off. And when fighting with her, I'm always right. If I had any anti-Twilight clothes I'd wear them and rub it in her face that Twilight sucks. So ... *rub rub* I have to give her a whole lecture about how much Twilight sucks, I've tried but she always cuts me off. >_<

Your friend sounds like a childish idiot. Maybe it's for the best that she's pissed at you. I know it's hard to break it off after you've been friends for a long time, but sometimes it's for the best.

There's a saying here, but I kinda forget it.
Either way, that wasn't very nice. Sounds sorta brainwashed...

That's like one of my friends saying I have to like Harvest Moon/Rune Factory and Kingdom Hearts when I am clearly a God of War/Prototype/InFamous/Half-Life/Halo/violence/gore kind of gamer confused So I know how you feel.

Lexie Red Hahah x) She isn't brainwashed but she's got some very strong opinions. The best you can do is to know if she's an extremist. To do that, check her reactions whenever she is exposed to anti-Twilight sort of stuff. However, you must not do that as an experiment!

Hmm...my friends of:
A) Obsessed fans of Twilight (not real friends but...they're there...)
B) People who like Twilight but aren't obsessed (but they are in private)
C) People who have never read it (1 person)
D) People who hate it as much as I do. Like we got an Edward poster and drew on it. (love those guys)
Your friend sounds close minded-she doesn't understand how other people think (well, I don't see what people like in Twilight, but still). And a "control freak" ("you don't like it, so I'm going to make you like it")

She isn't pissed off at me at the moment but yeah, she loves Twilight... sometimes a little too much.. @Emperor - She doesn't mind the anti-stuff, she sometimes finds it funny but when I tell her I don't like Twilight or when I talk about how much of a fail it is she disagrees. I have yet to tell her that Jacob is a *****... @Angeloney - Well, she is a bit close minded. Just a bit I guess.

Trust me, if you play Harvest Moon, you will likely be addicted. I mean, it's so boring and tedious, but you just can't stop. It's just so addicting! And you start to lose interest in other games.

I am the exception to your theory. I played Harvest Moon for Gamecube and Rune Factory for Wii and wanted to shoot myself.
