Aww. I don't really have any good Hallerween stories >.>
But my creative writing teacher does! He says that "back in the day" where he used to live, the neighborhood used to deck out this haunted house. They used a real coffin and told scary stories around it near the end just so someone could pop out and scare all the people out of their pants. XD It musta been HILARIOUS.
And every year since my family moved, we've gone to this place called Fear Farm during the Halloween season. I remember the first time, when I was ten. There's all these different attractions where teenagers dressed up all yucky jump out at you with chainsaws. That's scary when you're ten >_> I remember that first time, I went into the scariest attraction with my mom and little brother and I was sobbing into her back the whole time XD My brother on the other hand didn't so much as scream the whole night. Figures. The next year, when I was eleven, we took my friend with us and she TOTALLY spazzed. >.> That wasn't too fun.
But I HAVE been dressing up for Halloween my whole life. Yup, I was that one-year-old in the pumpkin costume with her daddy dressed up as Batman. I was a princess for like, three or four years in a row. Couple more if you count the mermaid and the Native American, which I also claimed to be princesses in. I've also been a witch, a vampire, a cat, a deviless... this year I'm going as a geisha biggrin Point is none of my costumes have been all that scary. One of these years, one of these years... XD
