Dire
Dire was in the old police department, rummaging and getting ready for a trip back to the desert. She knew those sands better than anyone else, she also knew that just before the desert there was a dense forest, much better than the one they lived in now. Scouting those woods for any old buildings with some of the less experienced humans and newly freed children would grant them experience and possibly the start of a new village for this one to fall back on if need be.
