Description: Upon completion of the necessary hand seals, the user is able to surround and trap it's opponent in a sphere filled with water which is nearly inescapable. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the bubble at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The user inside is trapped, has difficulty moving, is unable to utilize typical seal-required jutsu, and cannot breathe, eventually suffocating in the sphere.
