Stalkers are so annoying. The best way I can think of getting her to leave you alone is t just try in any way to get under her skin. You know, annoy her, creep her out, hint to her you aren't interested... That sort of stuff.
If she doesn't leave you alone, call the police and file for harassment.

I had a stalker in high school until my boyfriend threatned him lol Anyways, I dont know how you could get her to stop, but you can start by changing your phone number and block any emails from her on your email.
