Personality: Calm, patient, and utterly confident, A'dan wears self-security like a glove. He doesn't feel the need to be proud or showy, but rather to distinguish himself with competence and ability, as he feels that too much showing-off is a sign of insecurity in one's abilities. He works well as a grounding force for more volatile temperaments, with a long fuse and a remarkably easygoing temper.
Despite his quiet demeanor, he's personable in a quiet sort of way, and quick with a comforting smile or a joke for his companions. A'dan doesn't speak overmuch, but he nevertheless communicates with surprising efficiency and warmth despite this slight strangeness: when asked a question he feels is unnecessary, this mild-mannered young man is much more likely to give you an inscrutable smile and divert your attention than answer your question straight.
Some have considered this to be a flaw of his: A'dan is ever thinking, with a tendency to overthink, though he would say that it makes him ready to act at any moment. Beneath the calm demeanor is a swift mind and a ready, eager heart. He likes nothing better than to act, to work and move and play. A man very much in tight control of body and mind, sometimes he has trouble unknotting himself to relax and not think on occasion.
Along with this, A'dan has a broad protective streak -- if you wrong someone he considers belonging to him, woe be unto you! That easy temper turns into a ball of fierce, cold righteous fury, whether it's warranted or not.
Given his positive (if quirky) traits, there do come negative. A'dan finds it distressingly difficult to deal with genuinely, willfully ignorant or very, very over-emotional people. They simply baffle him -- he doesn't know how to respond to them, and he tends to simply try to avoid such situations, or hastily escape them when they do arise, since he can become a bit bristly in that event. He also, despite himself, tends to get lost in his thoughts on occasion, if left to his own devices -- it makes him lose touch with reality to a certain extent, though a quick prod can bring him right back down to earth looking as sheepish as anything.

Name: Sigranth
Color: Bronze, baby.
Personality: Self-absorbed, arrogant, proud and utterly, completely egotistical, Sigranth knows he's gorgeous, and he takes every single chance he can get to flaunt this knowledge. He's got enough show-off tendencies for himself and A'dan both, and even his rider doesn't seem to be able to puncture it effectively-- the best A'dan can hope for is to keep him somewhat under control. It doesn't always happen, and his patient rider has more than once found himself in deep trouble when Sigranth's encroached on some other bronze's mate. Speaking of this, he doesn't seem to be able to see the point of mating flights, as they totally sway the attentions of everyone -- which means they're not paying attention to him. This tends to make him mildly sulky, as if he were a hatchling pouting for an oiling.
Still, Sigranth is perfectly capable of complex thought patterns, though the effort often seems too much for him. He understands His well enough, and he knows very well how to make himself understood by A'dan.
There is nothing in the world more pleasant to Sigranth than sunbathing, though swimming is a very close second, and soliciting oilings from A'dan. Honestly, whatever he can do to exhibit himself to his best advantage, tends to be what Sigranth wants to do at that moment.

Personality: Creative, earnest, and somewhat quick on his feet, L'ior is often the first to crack a joke when the situation is looking dire. Unfalteringly optimistic, he acts younger than he is, and though he's seen his share of tragedy, he's got enough sunshine in him that one might think he'd been living a charmed life. Part of L'ior's life philosophy tells him that everything happens for a reason, whether he understands it or not -- though he's inclined to look for meaning in major events, in the long-term he's willing to accept things as they come, not looking too hard at offenses or mistakes and turning his eyes toward the future. While that helps him to avoid lasting upsets or arguments, it makes him a bit less likely to learn from his mistakes unless he takes time out to ponder the outcome. It's a continuous source of frustration for those around him, but L'ior is just too damned -nice- to fault for it most of the time. His positive attitude and warm smile make him an easy person to like, and he just doesn't quite get conflict -- it's likely to just confuse him on a 'what did I say wrong?' level. Confrontational people are usually just shrugged at, apologized to, and moved past -- he just doesn't understand the supremacy thing that some bronze-riders have going on, either, not that he'd flout their orders.
If you're looking for someone precise and exacting, however, L'ior is not it. Despite this laissez-faire attitude, he's rather hard-working and will gladly give up his free time to do a favor for a friend, or even just to avoid lying down and thinking -- he'll just keep going until he drops of exhaustion. Since Impression, His tempers this tendency in him, and helps him take care of himself and find time to recuperate -- just as he helps Dioth find the impetus to do what needs to be done.
When he does need downtime, L'ior can most often be found with His, curled up against Dioth's side and reading whatever he can get his hands on, though he does particularly enjoy looking at recipes for anything and everything. Cooking is his passion, and he approaches it the same way he approaches just about everything -- with an open mind and a certain creativity towards method and flavor. About the only thing L'ior will do with precision is bake. He's got magic fingers when it comes to a loaf of bread or a batch of cookies, and if the drudges let him push his way into the kitchen on afternoons when he's got free time, something good is going to come out of it.
Lastly, and possibly most importantly, there is very little guile to L'ior. It's not that he's not creative or intelligent enough to come up with a good lie, he just sees no point in it. In that vein, he finds it incredibly difficult to dissemble even when it'd probably be kinder to. It's gotten him in trouble with would-be suitors who expect niceties out of him given his somewhat refined appearance, and who get only a confused smile and a hurried "I'm not interested" out of him. That's not to say he's frigid, only that if L'ior's interested, everybody probably knows all about it already, because he's more than willing to dance attendance and shower favors on them until he's pushed away or his interest wanes. All in all, easy come, easy go is his motto -- though if he's honest, he would like a mate or even a close friend who'll understand his many vagaries and appreciate him for the basically good, hard-working individual he struggles to be.
D R A G O N
Name: Dioth
Color: Blue
Personality: Dioth is a very social animal, he seems to know everyone and gets along with them all. He always has something to say and he's always looking for a good time. A regular hippie, Dioth doesn't want any confrontation. He's laid-back to the point of being checked out and often needs to be brought back to reality. Drama only pushes him farther into his shell and as hard as anyone's tried, Dioth just won't lash out. He won't give in either, no one can keep this guy down once he's got his mind set in something.
Of course, don't mistake his relaxed state of being for a lack of passion. Dioth has a lot of opinions, he just doesn't force them upon people. Everyone has a right to their own thoughts, that's what makes the world interesting, after all. The blue is more than open to listening to others, as long as they aren't try to shove something down his throat. Dioth is a particularly soft-hearted dragon and has an easy time sympathizing with others, but he's pretty hard to call to action. Just go with the flow, man, go with the flow.
His thoughts on Flight follow a similar track. Dioth goes after greens when nature calls, but he still doesn't seem to get as intense as some of his competitors. He does his thing and if the particular female likes it, that's awesome and if she doesn't, well, that's okay too. He'd be hard to spur to care more by his rider, even if the rider was particularly attached. Dioth has no problem with taking a mate and no problem with his rider doing such, either. He's pretty approving, as far as rules go. Dioth is just a free-and-easy kinda guy, and he's ready to just kick back and enjoy the ride.

- Looking for friends. L'ior's a friendly guy and Dioth is even more so. A lot of people in Igen seem like they might take advantage of L'ior's giving nature.

- Looking for romance! L'ior's a devoted companion and lover, but a bit insecure. A little bit of encouragement goes a long way! (Both genders accepted, but he's better with males in general.)

Personality: Prideful and cheery, Selachii is a brash, outspoken, friendly brat of a boy. He's as amiable as they come, and rather easy to befriend as long as you don't offend his pride. Considering the fact that's pretty hard to do as long as you don't lord it over him, this means he's fairly easygoing. He respects authority just fine, but those who are his own age had better not try to overpower him. At best, a peer who's acting like that is going to get a severe dressing-down; at worst, probably a scuffle that'll end with both of them in trouble.
Selachii is positively fearless, as well -- a thrill-seeker, he responds best to challenges by meeting them head-on. It gets him into trouble sometimes, since fear's sometimes a positive emotion. He's been into more scrapes than he can count, but with some teaching and a little bit more age on him, he'll learn to temper his impulsiveness with a little bit of discretion.
Selachii is intelligent, but it's definitely mixed with a rather heaping helping of testosterone. He vastly lacks patience, and would much rather be out doing something -- ANYTHING -- physical than sitting down and reading or doing fiddly things.
Still, there's more to him than meets the eye. When the moment suits it, he's very good at taking control of a situation. He tends to encourage his peers to rely on him, because despite his tendency to activity and to want to be alpha male, he's quite trustworthy and very willing to put himself on the line to protect his people. He'd much rather work on a team than on his own, even.
At his worst, though, Selachii can be a little bit ruthless -- while most often he's protective of those he feels lag behind, when there's a goal he's utterly-focused on, in the worst case scenario he can lose track of the pieces of the team in preference to the well-being of the whole.
