Because of my allergies I bake a lot of gluten free stuffs like muffins, cookies, pancakes.... brownies.. and banana bread. I <3 baking.

I LOVE to bake. Not so big on cooking but I could bake all day.
If your a fan of brownies try brownie cookies. Pick out your favorite brownie mix and then mix it with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1/3 cup of oil. Then just act like your making regular cookies. The amount of liquid used in the mix seems like it won't be enough to mix it all but it works. And they are sooooo good. I made a batch a few weeks ago and it only took 3 people to eat every single cookie within a matter of 30 minutes.
And one of my favorite tricks with cake is food coloring. Of course you need to be using white or yellow cake, but it's lots of fun when your baking it for someone else who doesn't know what your up to. Like for the 4th of July you can make a red, white and blue layer cake. Or my favorite, seperate a few bowls of the cake batter, mix different colors in each one then pour them in layer by layer and when you've got all the batter in the cake pan take a butter knife and gently swirl the colors togather. People tend to get a big kick out of it when the cake is cut.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I love to decorate cakes and cupcakes... of course once the Ace of Cakes show came out it put all my home made work to shame but I'm still proud of some of it. I do eyeball cupcakes for Halloween every year, and last year I added some spider web cupcakes into the mix.
