Come on and speak up people. Let's get to know each other some more! Tell everyone here what your favorite type of music is or just what you are listening to right now.

I'm pretty fond of some hard rock and roll myself but I listen to everything but most rap, gospel, and country. I am currently addicted to Chevelle and Lily Allen.

Rock and techno mostly. I'm a diehard queen fan. i'll listen to jsut about anything, except rap. I hate that crap so much. hell, i'd even listen to country and old 80s hip-hop long before i'd lsiten to that puke inducing crap. although, there IS some good country.
but ya, definetly riock, more of the 80s stuff, and techno. i also like Gorillaz and They Might Be Giants.

I fear this question immensely, since my answer is always "whatever's good/whatever I like" and people just give me a sour look and drop the subject.
But yeah, whatever's good. There is an extremely limited and specific amount of rap and country that I think is good. Gospel is almost always extremely derivative. Specific bands in my favor are The Beatles, Green Day, The Rolling Stones, Breaking Benjamin, and The Eagles. My Chem' has grown on me a lot on me lately.
At the end of the day, though, when I want to relax... I'll put on "strange" things such as European folk music or old funeral marches.

I don't really have a definite genre that I like, but my favorite bands are Electric Six, The Protomen and The Mountain Goats.

I enjoy a lot of various music i suppose.
But usually I like Classical, New Age, Folk, and Alternative Rock.

I normally don't like things with names that I can pronounce. For some reason I just don't like a lot of music all that much. For something with a name, I really like the artist Voltaire. I mostly listen to techno or the Vocaliods now. The Supergotte remix of Caramelldansen is keeping me awake as I type. Here's the music video.
