Here's Satsuki (from X) and her computer, which uses a ton of guided wires and cables that can attack people and "interface" personally with Satsuki. I always loved CLAMP's imagery of her and Beast.
I am positive this little robot appeared in both the new Terminator AND Transformers movie, which I guess is kind of a cop out. It's really more of a leech or snake if you think about it outside the realm of robotics, yet the spikey surfaces make it much more unsettling. SYRINGE TAIL!
And here is the mobile suit Gouf, circa the original Gundam. That thing's whip was freaking marvelous. xd It would whip and bind with awesome results.
