For our Away games we're in the stands and we're in pep band...but for our Home games we march and get on the field...but is it just my school?

We do pregame at away games and half time at home games. Sometimes we do both at home games, depending on if the opposing team brings their band.
Speaking of which, my BD was yelling at us(again) abd was like "some bands are terrible marchers on the field and sound really bad, but when they hit the stands, they are amazing. I don't want you to be that band." And then on Friday the school we played, their band was that band. Amazing stands tunes with losts of dancing and really loud, but they were the worst marchers you would ever see and their music could mbarely be heard. We were laughing, because our BD said that just the other day.

We don't go to our away games, but we play and march pre-game and half time for home games. We went to an away game once in my high school career and that was for a semi-final play off game.

for us we play pre-game at home games and halftime during away games. we also play in the stands but we dont have all that great of music to play but what we do have is played awesomely. we believe that stand bands are sad and we shove our awesomeness up their asses and/or down their throats

We don't go to away games, actually. But we're probably going to states with the football team this year, and we're not performing our show...apparently in the rules around here an away band can't perform their show on the other team's field. I don't know what it's like for homecoming, though.
