Luciferian_Depression That_comic_guy Hydra-Star Luciferian_Depression Hydra-Star Macs are SO much more user friendly than PCs. That's one of the best things about them! And you don't have to go to file. You can just press command q and the program will close. Personally, I like that you don't have to quit them just to close a window. That way I don't constantly have to keep opening the same programs. Eh, I personally have had way more user-friendliness issues with Macs. Mainly the fact that when you try to do something (and try to do it right) it doesn't work. Yes, PCs crash more, but they're pretty good about recovering quickly. And as a hardware nerd I love the fact that you can actually get different parts for PCs. The reason you have problems is because you're so used to using PCs. They're different. But in the end, it is much easier for a PC user to learn how to use a mac than it is for a mac user to learn to use a PC because macs are more user friendly in general. Yeah I generally like my laptops to be MAC since I use those for school. However since I am a light-weight gamers I need my desktop to be PC. It gets confusing however yes MAC are indeed the better brand when it comes to user-friendly AND customer service. (Not that they need much service. My hard drive gave out after 5 years recently and it was fixed in less than 48hrs) PC on the other hand. Dear Lord! You are on the phone for hours and after-wards you always want to jump off the roof cause it usually something very simple and could have been explained in like five minutes had you knew how to explained it right. Or if you could understand what the dude was talking about. rolleyes That's why you don't call customer service. Take it to a local repair shop, they're a lot easier to find for PCs than Macs. The fact that you can't call customer service is pretty sad, if I do say so myself. And not everywhere is going to have a local repair shop. Most places, yes, but not everywhere. Everywhere can reach Mac's customer service. And you'd be surprised by how many local repair shops there are for mac.

Hydra-Star Exactly! The only major problem I've ever had with a mac was when my hard drive gave out while it was under warranty. My dad couldn't get any of the data off of it! I was worried that I had lost EVERYTHING on my computer. Then we sent it into mac and some wonderful guy worked very hard and got about 90% of my data off! And they fixed my hard drive. All within about 3 days! It was wonderful. Only 90% huh? Wow usually they get close to 95% and up. But hey losing 10% is better than 100%. (yeah I looking at you Dell computer) scream Same goes for my ipod in fact I took it to the Apple store and got back in less than 3 hours! It sucked though because during that time all my pet peeves attacked me. Brat kids W/ stupid parent(s), loud people talking cell phones, couples making out, old people trying to talk to me, ect, ect. (This is why I hate going to the mall)

Hydra-Star Most of the poll ones are food. =) I don't really play video games, so I don't know much about their rivalry. redface The mac PC debates can get really annoying. Especially since all my friends are hard core gamers and hate macs. scream I've just gotten to the point when one is started I say, "You won't change my mind and I won't change yours, so let's drop it." That usually does the trick. Yeah I notices that. LOL. Well you do know who both of them are? I mean Sonic is a big blue ball of fur and Mario well Mario is epic. (Nintendo bias alert) Also get a Wii start playing. The Wii is really good for you. Maybe too good and it will last you longer than a 360. (Yeah I am bad mouthing you, ya glorified paper weight under my bed! stressed ) Yeah that's what I say to any rapid fan. Cause really it's all about preferences anyway or what you have been around all your life. Doesn't make you a bad person. emo I grew up with Mac's, Nintendo, and Sony those are the companies I trust and admire. When I try switch teams I usually get screwed. (Glares at Dell computer and 360) Yeah really, really screwed.

I don't want to drive around looking for some PC repair shop. Like I know places like Office Max, Best Buy, and whatever have them however these shops are usually in the backwoods or a nice Sunday away. So yeah no thanks. I rather just call and do it myself that way I don't really have to pay for it.

the shadows of eden How about Marvel Vs DC, it the stuff made of legend and Vs boards......loads of Vs boards. Yeah which is sad. As the two are pretty much the same. As some villains are pretty much carbon copies (This is all too true in the sliver age of comics) Spider-Man is the poor version of Batman (with actual super powers mind you) Wolverine nowadays is basically Superman (heavy sigh) Of course with an over the top popularity and basically Marvel's sole Product whore among other slight difference. ah, I won't rant about my dislike for that blue fur ball here. (I'll say with for the CD forums)

Second, this was a really serious problem. I mean, my hard drive was DEAD. I think it's amazing they got anything off it!
