You should try Atkins, you can lose weight really fast on that.

Yeah, it's not for long term though because it isn't healthy.

You basically cut carbs out of your diet and you can eat as much meat as you want since your body processes protein slowly. Eat every 3 hours and exercise around noon to boost your metabolism.

Your body drops weight fast because it is used to carbs. My friend lost 8 pounds the first week she was on it. A lot of the girls on my team try Atkins when they want to lose weight fast.
