+ Common Species +

Earth Ponies are the most common Ponies who live in the area. They're pretty much just normal Ponies and have no special 'look' about them. Earth Ponies breed with all other species.

Unicorn Ponies have a thin tail with a tuft on the end of it and a single horn on their foreheads. In general, they tend to live in Dream Valley, though there are some exceptions. Unicorns breed with all other species.

Pegasus Ponies have feathered wings growing from their shoulders. These wings allow them to soar through the skies like birds. Pegasus can breed with all other species.

Flutter Ponies are slimmer and lighter in weight than most other Ponies. They come from Flutter Valley and most of their power comes from the light of the sun. They also have an object called the Sunstone which captures this light and focuses it so they can use the power better. Because of the Sunstone, Flutter Valley is almost always warm and sunny, even in winter! Flutter Ponies breed with all other species.

Breezies are the tiniest, most hyper ponies of all. They are about 1/3 the size of regular earth ponies and love to zip around on their wings. Flight is the one thing that will always cheer them up. Above all, they pride themselves on their wings and love to show them off. They breed with all other ponies.

Both Pixies and Demonex come from a land across the sea known as the Realm of Mystic. The two species are very similar to each other, the only difference being in the style of their wings. Though Pixies are generally thought to be "good" and Demonex "evil", there are exceptions on both sides to this "rule". Pixes and Demonex may breed with all other species.

Sea Ponies are masters of the oceans! They love to play and swim in the waves and along the shoreline. They mostly live in and around Rainbow Reef, though some have been known to 'move' to inland lakes and rivers, sometimes with the help of land-going Ponies. Sea Ponies are smaller than most land species, though not as small as the Breezies. Sea Ponies breed with all other species, and if a Sea Pony is bred with an Earth pony, there is a small chance of getting a Mer-pony.
