Okay wouldn't it be cool, if from now on if u wanted to join this guild u had to choose and element and name?
for example: " My name is Kaji and I'm an airbender."
You could even have the option of not being a bender and be a warrior like Sokka and Suki.
You can even make up your own story. So just to let u guys get where i'm going with this i'll write one about my character. (oh and if enough of u guys like this idea i'll recommend it to the captain!)
here goes:
Azura-Waterbender
My name is Azura and I live in the South Pole. Our tribe is still recovering from the Fire Nation attack. Lucky for me, I've been granted the gift of waterbending, the element of change. My waterbending master is also none other than the famous Master Katara. After aiding the Avatar defeat the Firelord, Master Katara decided to return to her tribe and help them rebuild their village. When I was only six years old, she came into my family's hut and told my father and mother that I had been granted the gift of bending; waterbending. I'm sixteen now, and have been training with Katara for ten years. I've heard of Katara's adventure's with the Avatar numerous times and I've always dreamed of doing the same; traveling the world! Meeting new and interesting people, discovering lost civilizations. But then my father left. He went to go help the Earth Kingdom against some Fire Nation rebels, and as the cheif of our tribe, it's his duty to go. He left a year ago. He was supposed to return in three months. Something was wrong. This was my chance to see the world! So I volunteered to go search for my father and other men. Everything was going smoothly, I would see the world, while trying to find my father. Until my mother suggested I travel with a companion. And not just any companion; my cousin...Milo. He's older than me by one year though, but he thinks just because he's older than me that he can boss me around. Lucky for me he can't bend, he's a warrior, an apprentice warrior. And I'm a... well slightly experienced waterbender. Meaning that i know how to fogbend and iceband, but i'm not an expert at it yet, but i'll learn. So i'm off, with my annoying cousin and my pet wolf, Chihiro. Wish me luck! I might need it...

well yeah, katara is my fav character, so i based her on katara, she's even in the stoy. My name is Kari and I'm a waterbender
I'm from the North Pole and am glad Master Katara got Master Paku to start training girls. I am at an intermediate level but practice every day (my parents often yell at me for bending snow from the floors of our house). I am betrothed in a love match to Mizu who is another bender in my class. I have always felt oddly in tune with the Spirits but I don't know why.

Well I would be a Water bender. For two reasons, One...Because A total of earths surface is 72% water, and two Bending water is just plain cool! (Plus you can turn it into ice) lol.

Earth bender,as one of my rpc's, Anafae(Yes,same name as my avi,and for good reason.I got my avi name off of a comic about mother nature,whose name is Anafae) She is a hermit character,though she is married to a man named Storm
