I was just wondering what kind of decks my fellow guild members use. I myself use a Grixis deck which kicks a**.

Well, Grixis deck could mean anything, really. I'm assuming what you mean in a U/B/R Zombie deck, or something like that.
Right now I have:
Bant Aggro, kicks so much a**.
W/U Type 2 Enchantress, Mesa Enchantress, Sigil of the Empty Throne, and enchantments galore.
B/R Hell-House, Black and red burn and discard.
And lastly, my favorite, Type 2 Elves. I've had this together since Lorwyn, and just keep cycling new elves for old ones. I'll be so sad when Lorwyn leaved T2. crying

Currently running 5c Cascade, although that'll soon be swapped for 4c Cascade or Jund Cascade. I went 4-5 at the PTQ, with at least two of the games lost due to the shaky manabase.
Which kills me, since Cryptic Command saved my a** every single time I had it ready. =x

Oh, and I may be running Esper soon - dependent, of course, on what nuggets of win Zendikar has in store for us. wink

Black ranimate (utilizes scullclamp and Woe)
My own variation on the LIFE tournament deck
Green mass token ( once you get 3 beacons of creation the card is broken)
Blue artifact (tinker is banned but I still use it, third turn Darksteel Colossus)
Green Elve
Black Zombie
White bird/soldier
Black card draw (uses underworld dreams)
Blue mill
I own alot of card and get bored fast so I just sit down and make decks.

I own own up to 10 decks currently, but the one I like to use the most is my counter act deck.

Normally I only build one deck at a time, but right now I've got u/w control using tinker, darksteel colossus, and luminarch's ascension. I've also got mono-green control using ensnaring bridges and a ton of elves.

I run a G/R Beat and Burn deck. I have a consistent 3 turn win strategy.

Black Vampire/Zombie Deck
Green/Red Ally --red allys blow but it was something that was a starter for the fiance
Mono green --was an elf deck but revising
Red/Blue ---mainly direct burns....and blue is based on cancels
