Brangelina, Zanessa, Niley, Taylena, Ashmi, Garfleck,
Why do we need these stupid names? The only ones that sound normal are Brangelina and Zanessa only because they've been together for so long. The others are just plain weird.

Well for once they're short I guess than typing both their names out. That's really the only reason why I use them.

My friends overuse them. It's hilarius. Or they try and make up their own and they make no sense.

Ideas are toys. The search for truth is a game The only ones I use are Brangelina and TomKat (and I vaguely remember Bennifer). I only use them because they have been so ingrained into pop culture and colloquial speech. I didn't know any of the ones you put in your first post after Brangelina. Although I'm assuming Garfleck was Jennifer Garner and Ben Afleck but I always thought they were Bennifer. ANYHOO I totally digressed.
We don't need the stupid name but the stupid Tabloids need people to read them and the stupid entertainment shows need people to watch so they create catchy names to capture the attention of the people. That's all it is. It's a ploy and nothing more. And it works, because we use them.
In twenty years it will be a question on Jeopardy. Like erm...

I think they're stupid. It's fun to try it out with me and my friends but to actually use them is dumb.

Some are dumb some are catchy but I think it's cute 3nodding but I prefer doing it with my friends because it's really funny
