Please be mature about the question an don't go saying something stupid. I really wanna catch rare Pokemon and I don't feel like wasting all my Pokeballs for nothing so please help me. And I do not want to use a cheat code. I wanna be a good and honest trainer who plays by the rules.

You get one Master Ball in Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone after beating Cyrus...any others must be won from the Jubilife TV lotto contest, where your Trainer ID must match all numbers drawn... If I remember right...
