I never really thought of Satanism as a religion to be honest, since there is no real diety. Here are some Q's...
1) I have read 'Secret Life of a Satanist' which is a book about Mr. Anton Lavey, written by his mistress, and the Satanic Bible. Is there certain types of Satanism? For example, LaVeyan Satanism.
2) Can a Satanist ALSO be a Humanitarian?
3) Do you celebrate any holidays?

1) LaVeyan Satanism would probably regard it's self as the only true incarnation of Satanism and personaly I would agree. All the other "Satanic" or"Black Magic" societies are still deeply rooted in Christian or neo-Chrisitian morality. LaVeyan seems to be on it's own concerning it's belief systems. although, I have yet to look into Nicolas Shrek's Werewolf Coven wich may be a divergence on Satanism, he seemed closed to LaVey's daughter.
2) Not sure. We tend not to be Socialistic at all, as we tend towards the Darwinian ideas of Natural Selection and Survival of the Fittest. Also we tend to only look after ourselves and our own. I guess my answer would have to be "Probably not."
3) I celebrate my own birthday as a holiday (all of us do) also all hallows eve (haloween) and mayday.
