I'm not good at this however I shall try it =P
For anyone new at role play I think it goes, you can jump in at anytime but it must go with the story line somewhat.
There is a limit of 13 characters and every character must have a name, description, and Text color.
Why a text color you ask? Well this will help keep track of things =D enjoy!
