He thought to him self after he said it "This is going to be essay" He said smiling and disappearing out the Captain's office doors and Heading towards the squad Barracks.

Kanda received news from the 11th squad captain that he wanted to see him, so Kanda was on his way toward the captains office as he walked by all the other soul reapers thinking that he will protect all of his fellow squad members but in order to do this he had to get stronger.
As Kanda walked into the 11th squad he noticed he saw very few people he wondered why, where they all on missions or just somewere else on the ground but he put that aside as he looked around to find the captains office, but he got lost, but Kanda was in luck he found a 11th squad member. "Umm excuse me, you would happen to know where the captains office is would you? i am new here so i dont know my way around yet." he said. The other soul reaper looked at him weird. "Yeah its down that corridor and you tak a left and it will be the first door on your right." he said and walked away. "Thanks!" he yelled to the man.
Kanda walked down the corridor and then he took a left and then he found it, a brown wooden door that said captain's office, Kanda nervously grabed the door knob and knocked, he turned the door knob and opened the door to see the captain sitting in his chair. "Hello, My Name is Kanda Miyoshi, you wanted to see me?" he said in calm tone.

"Yes. I here you have potential and it seems the Cpatain would like to see if you can play support." Grinon barrett put his mechanical hand out to shake. "With any luck you won't turn out like me. Just follow our third seat; Officer Wachikae. As long as she gets through her job alive you'll have a mission under your belt."

"alright thank you sir, ill do my best." he said as he shoke his hand. Kanda wondered what kind of mission this would be, he hoped it wouldnt be a bad one, but he had high hopes. "So were is the 3rd seat right now?" he asked.

Ooc: Techinal error! A pylon is what I described but the effect is actually where it repairs a zanpakuto. A pylonic orb which is a see through red orb with a Pyrimid shaped gold peice inside. That is what takes the memories.

Kanda arrived at the sqaud 11 barracks and raced to the captains office. "There's the door gotta hurry." he said as he flung the door open. "Captain, Wachiskae need back up, 5 espadas attacked us, he told me to come and get reinforcements." he said to the captain.
