I just got back from the final ever Melbourne performance of Wicked. I currently have the soundtrack in my laptop, cranked as loud as I can (yay for headphones). The performance was spectacular, and the costumes and props and set were stunning. It was better than I ever imagined - the only little hiccup they had was Elphaba losing her voice slightly during Defying Gravity. But she still pulled it off.
Chee got to go outside and wear her favourite shoes, and have fun, and now has more inspiration than she knows what to do with. And maybe a little hyper from the "Ozmopolitan" (green daiquri) the theatre was selling.
And the funniest part of the night was when the producer thanked our corrupt, dickhead stellar Premier of Victoria for hosting Wicked, and the man only got one or two claps. Mum and I laughed so much, especially when the company that sold the tickets got a bigger round of applause than he did xd
TL;DR version: Chee got to go have some fun, guys whee
*dies from pleasure overload*

I.... have been stuck home all summer long while my parents go out to clubs and parties and stay out until the middle of the night. -sighs-
I have no social life. Can't afford it. sweatdrop
