When I said out loud (I don't remember how we got on the subject, but we were on it with a vengeance.), "I think that Colin (My brother.) and I can probably name all 150 Pokemon from the original season."
And guess what?
We did. Almost. We named 130 out of the 150 original Pokemon. It was ridiculous. And really super fun. Because we had these moments of freaking out where we REMEMBER one but we can't remember the NAME!
And then when I remembered Togepi, I freaked out and yelled it and did a little sitting-down-dance. xDDDD
When we got home my brother and I looked at the cover of our Pokemon board game (Shut up! It's from when I was like six. xP) and by seeing the Pokemon we'd missed, remembered their names and said the last twenty. It was a very successful day. x3
So...this threads reason to exist. Much easier than explaining why I exist.
Exists because one, I wanted to tell you that story, and two, I want to hear about your Pokemon moments. We're all over the acceptable age to think about, watch, read, or remember Pokemon fondly, but we're gonna do it here anyway.
