I really like the artwork and the details they have in the new world.
Even though it is sponsor, at least they created yet another place to hang out.

It's a bit gender discriminatory, yes. I wonder why the Gaia company has agreed to this kind of targeted marketing, though? It's happened a few times before, (with female oriented, though not female only, clothing promotions and such) which makes me wonder: Does Gaia have proportionately more active female users (not simply avvies) than male ones?
EDIT: The newer profiles allow the users to list their genders (can't remember if the old ones do) so maybe they are keeping track. I wonder, too, if guys will be getting gender exclusive offers soon. (old spice deoderant, anyone?)

Personally, the Venus world creeps me out and I haven't even gone there... I don't think girls need their own 'world' to hang out in...At least not one that strange looking...
