Luo chuckled a bit. "Just lost in my own thoughts. That's how my grandfather put it. It wasn't that I wasn't training. It was that I wasn't training hard enough. That was my laziness. But for the most part, we are pretty intelligent as a whole. But I think it's something that can be taught. Not everyone is born with a high IQ, it's how you use what you have that makes you smart." Luo then outright laughed. "Did he know? He's the one who sent them. He figured if he couldn't reason with me at home, they could. I had four ANBU follow me around for two weeks pestering me. They got so fed up at one point assuming I thought I was better than them, they attacked me. I would never kill a fellow mist-nin, but I didn't let the act go easily. It was at that point my father angrily agreed with my answer. The incident kind of reminded me of my childhood. I lived in the rain village for a short amount of time while my father and mother helped rebuild it after the civil war. I remember him having at least one man with me at all times. Apparently, Kiri born children were considered expendable in the rain village at that point. Anyway, I turned the position down because of a difference of moral value. You see, the job of the ANBU is to protect first, the Mizukage, and then the village. I believed the exact opposite, and at the time Tsuneo-sama agreed with my reasoning. The Mizukage is one man. One man placed in charge of a village. Without that village, his title would be nothing. So why should I lurk behind the shadows protecting one man who is quite capable of protecting himself, rather than protecting the people instead? It is an honorable job, but there were at the time enough ANBU to protect Tsuneo-sama. There however, was a deficit of shinobi to protect the village. So I chose them." He then sighed. "Well, my grandfather tells me that I have the bloodline and it manifested in me in a different way. He says it's what helped me to become a sage of sorts. It was an unspoken jutsu bloodline. It's why our chakra levels tend to be higher than normal. By word of mouth, they've kept its memory alive. It allowed you at the top levels to perform all jutsu without seals or spoken words. It was the ultimate when it came to stealth, and some of my clan were said to be able to kill hundreds without even moving. That is why they were killed. The second Mizukage feared a coup, and ordered them killed despite their loyalty. He feared their power. But we were not angry. He was just a coward. Because of the treaty and our loyalty, the men and women willingly lined up and were beheaded with honor, not one running or fighting against the act. It is how deeply we love this land. We've been here as long as the Uchiha's have been in Konoha, and it's said our bloodline was given to us to counteract the sharingan's piercing gaze. The only way to defeat one who can predict your every action, is no to act at all. So I guess you can say I still have my bloodline. I just can't use it with all of my elements like my ancestors could."

LT sighed, "Luo, just like Akio Tsuneo, every time you open your mouth i learn something new. Why dont you talk a lot damit! If you did i would be as smart as you are!" LT laughed and took a bite from his rice cake. Chewing he thought about everything Luo said, all any one had to do was listen to the man. "Those ANBU Bastards! Do you know how you can train your bloodline in order to make it work for all of your elements or it just doesnt work that way?" LT sighed, "excuse me for a second." LT did some hand signs and formed a fully capable water clone. LT then sat down again. "Luo, what are you dreams?"
The clone nodded to both the original and Luo and then ran off.

The boy simply ate a chunk of his rice cake quietly, sipping his tea afterwards. He seemed to not feel like responding to LT's comment. He felt as if he'd answered his reasons for being quiet already. He then shook his head lightly. "As I've said before, the technique was burned two centuries ago. If we knew, I'm sure I'd be using it. Unless it manifests clearly, there's no telling if one of us even has it. The way my father could tell I had it is when I used five jounin level jutsu in succession at the chuunin level and didn't pass out. My chakra consumption was lower than usual." Luo then blew on his tea before sipping once more. "I do not know what my dreams are yet. Most of what I wished for, I've already accomplished. If anything, I dream of a day when shinobi weren't used like pawns in a game of shogi for kage's with malicious intent. I wish we could stop senseless fighting. But stupidity is such a prevalent thing." He then sighed. He had no dreams for himself. He hadn't for a year now.

"Hmm," LT said after several seconds. He finished his rice cake and tea then looked over to what that craftsmen were doing and he was amazed that they were finishing their last blade now. LT got up and walked over and began to inspect each blade. He pulled each unique blue print from the wall where they were posted. After quite some time he finished inspecting each blade and smiled at his father. Perfect, each one perfect to the exact specifications. Amazing. He then invited Luo over to look at them. Each amazing blade, the workers began to place the scroll out appropriately. They all sat around the scroll and looked towards Luo waiting for him to inspect the blades himself. After he would be finished Luo could seal the weapons into scroll with every ones help. They would let Luo have the honor to seal to scroll so he would have his own part in the making of his Blades. "What to you think?" LT asked.

The clone stood up and walked over, his mouth opening just slightly at the sight of all the blades laid out. As his eyes went over each one, nothing was even slightly off, his left eye could tell. "Perfect work as usual. You guys don't get paid enough," Luo muttered as he got to the last one. "I say this is a job well done. I appreciate the help, and the quickness in the work. I expected this to take at least a week, but you all put your hearts and souls into it." With a large respectful bow to the family, Luo muttered, "Thank you."

The Demascus family bowed in return. "Luo, would you do the honor of sealing the scroll. Once done your order will be complete. You may place the swords any way you wish. It was a pleasure to work on such a fine order." said the Head Demascus. LT activated his Sharingan and inspected the blades one more time. LT even used lightning manipulation and ran them through each blade making sure that on a molecular level that they were perfect. "All is set. And here is your scroll."

Nodding, the clone walked up to the scroll, a small place in the middle of all the blades for a hand. It formed the hand seals slowly and methodically, putting everything into it. He then slammed his hand into the space between the blades as they seemed to sink into the scroll, each blade turning into intricate ink work. The scroll then rolled up instantly, hopping up into the air as the clone caught it. Putting it in a hip pouch, the clone smiled. "The Ushio clan is indebted to you." He then looked at Tares. "I'm actually going to take these to Luo. I want to see his face when these are done so quickly. But we will talk whenever you want to. Just remember to ask." With a smile, the clone dissipated into mist, heading to the training facility.

LT nodded and waved good bye. He turned around and with his family began to finished completing his own scroll. He was in turn going to make one thousands blades instead the one hundred. This work would be long and tiring.

LT finished his scroll and Zanes scroll as well. He then exited the lodge and headed for the Tower.

as Fordon came up to LT's house he studied the right arm area of the body. he knew the timing of the blades now and he was able to strike in a way that those watching would never have know he had the blades on himself. soon as he was finished he moved of to the next part of the village

Fordon came up to the now empty house that used to hold LT. he had become a kage in another village. it didnt do anything anymore but sit empty all day. Fordon ran around it wondering what kind of taijutsu the village had. He also wondered if he could go see LT and maybe he could get the jutsu that way. after a few laps and the weights starting to hold him back even more Fordon took off for the next area.
