Roush does that too from time to time. The only constant is hendrick motorsport. s**t, the whole world stops moving if they don't win a race within the first 10 races of a season. That's why i'm not worried about burton. It's the whole team. Now if he is like this all next year as well then i will start to worry.

i think RCR is rebounding though the last few weeks. Harvick is finally posting finishes that aren't embarrassing and bowyer has been rebounding as well. Burton just needs to get it figured out. I would like to see him make the top 15 at least and at least win a race this year. I know that's wishful thinking.

the win is what i'm concerned about. He's won every year since 06, i would hate to see that end.

They are equal quality drivers that do better with worse teams.

I think Childress is a hit or miss team year by year. They need to keep improving every year because every other year they are behind.

Actually Burton was there for the last half of the 2004 season, then only started to have some real success in 2006
