bio: Rumgin is what every drunk wants to be, he grows stronger and more healthy by drinking alcohol,though if he doesn't have any for a long time, he will start to shut down and eventually die. He became like that when the doctor stole him (when he was a baby) and did an illegal surgery. this surgery also caused him to look more young than he acually is (he looks in his mid 20s)
Rumgin is a redneck, does stupid things, and knows a lot about alcohol. He may seem pretty mean at first, cussing you out a lot. But once you get past that, he is an okay guy.
