This discussion, again?
Well, it's nice to be featured, but it also means that we may run into trouble when they start trying to copy-cat us. So many people already think that the G.I.B. is just some made up part of the plot. It's only natural that one or more of those people might try to start up a G.I.B. guild, not realizing that one is already in existence.
Whatever view you have of the situation depends on if the above bothers you or not.

If another GiB guild is made, I'd say we take action.

That is actually wrong Cuatela. If you read it correctly it says MEMBER SUBMISSIONS. So what ever you enter into the arena, they now own. So the art is now theirs once you place it in the Arena. A guild isn't a submission. But it is part of the site and there is no way the Gaian Community can make money off of just a guild. But just using the words Gaians makes the guild owned by Gaia. You need to understand the fine print better.
And Agent EXE, there have been many guilds made based on us. One of them we made them change their name. I remember cause I was urging the change of the name for the other guild.

I'm not even going to try to understand the fine print and just go along with "yay, flattery! : D GIB gets more screentime! >w<"

And at the very least, they need to have TIM in there. o3o
Obscure references to the rest of us would be nice if we can't get put in. (though as she-who-rarely-if-ever-posts, it's safe to say I'm automatically out. xD )

I'm happy as long as people don't start calling us a fan guild. Although it would be really cool to have CC in our guild.
weren't we once planning to make a vid of TIM yelling at CC, and then stripping him of his rank?

I'm not sure but they could make like a Tim counterpart and name him something different. It would be based off Tim but wouldn't be him. They did that during the Zurg plot so they should be able to do it now.

They are kinda based off us but were made before zOMG! but basically fan guilds or RP guilds based off us with our name.

Well then, they'll figure it out. We moved to a guild to keep our threads and our actions together instead of spamming other places such as the CB and GD, and if people try to make the GiB and fail they will look up our actual guild. Or something like that. Or maybe we can ask Qixter if, when they release that section, to make a statement that there is an actual Gaians in Black group which came out when the Zurgs came to Gaia, and the part in zOMG is based off of us, or something.
