Probability manipulation: Interesting power, I can see this working well with the right kind of character. Scarlet Witch semblance here.
Well, I suppose there's a semblance. Same with Domino, who had probability powers. But this power I'm thinking of only works on living things, and even then the user can't use it on themself. And rather than make the subject lucky or unlucky, it just causes one action of good luck or bad luck to happen. The user has to cut another thread to make something else happen.

Well, I suppose, but actually you rarely see or hear anything about sensory benefits from Zoans. Not it One Piece itself, nor in RPs (but that may be due to the fact that most fans ignore Zoans).
And actually, not all animals have enhanced senses like that. Cats are more centered on superior vision, but their noses are actually quite weak compared to a dog (but still stronger than a human's). Dogs see in black and white, while hamsters actualy have no depth-perception whatsoever, so you have to stay close by if you put them on a table.

Nope. Not even close. It's actually closer to the Atsu Atsu no Mi from One Piece filler. It was a fruit that allowed the user to emit heat from their body. This power merely expands the concept to include coldness as well as heat. Despite me thinking of the power before seeing that One Piece filler arc (hate it when my ideas are already used...
crying ), I actually stole the heat ball projectiles from the character who ate the Devil Fruit. XD

Thanks. It's a power I wouldn't mind having, since I can never remember where I leave things and I suck at looking for things.
crying However, there's grounds for godmodding, since the character could possibly use the power to find the location of One Piece, and other such things. So I figure there would have to be limitations, like a set distance they can find things, and possibly needing to use something or someone related to the object to locate it.

Really? I've seen BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo, but I don't recall that one.
Then again, I think all of those "Super Fists" from BoBoBo were parodies of how villains and characters have specific powers in several fighting anime series. XD
To be honest, I didn't come up with this one. A friend of mine did. It originally didn't make much sense and wasn't well defined, so I heavily cleaned it up and removed some of the godmodding from the power.
I also added the part of using words to attack, inspired by the manga 666 Satan.
