i have been there twice

its actually an amazing story

I was getting ready to go to church on sunday, then my side felt like it was stabbed and i couldnt move, on the painscail of 1-10 my pain could be described as 11, which is odd because i really have a high tollerence. so my mom took me to the doctors. the doctor said aww its just the flu. my mom argued and got them to do a blood test. the doctor came in with a saddened expression and said i had apendecitus and my white blood cell count was ultra high. we then rushed to the hospital and they got me in.

Apparently my appendix ruptured on friday and had been blown for two days. the doctors never seen this before. so they said just let it heal and they gave me steroids to help it heal. then week later when my pills were gone we had to go back to the hospital to have it removed. they removed it through my belly button so no scar.

I was in and out in a day.
Might i add sleeping gass is amazing.

Oh my gosh! When they knock you out period it's amazing! I love that feeling! I've had my wisdom teeth removed through surgery and have had a laparoscopy *has two scars one in her belly button and one erm down lower* I didn't have sleeping gas though I got knocked out through IV.

lol, ive been under the full sedation 3 times. I absolutely hate laughing gas, I tell them to just knock me out through the IV.
First time was for wisdom teeth, second time was my first rib surgery, third was when the first rib surgery got messed up two days later and they had to redo it.
Even though the morphine the pain was an 11

I've never had morphine. I've had an ovarian cyst rupture and all I took was tylenol.

You're all a bunch of assholes. scream

I had to get both my bottom wisdom teeth pulled a few years back, and I was completely awake for the procedure. Sure, I was shot up with enough morphine to numb a hor- I mean, something really really big, but still.

Bruised feet aren't so bad then again i got used to them just like I got used to blistered feet and callused feet *dancer* For some odd reason if you tape the bruise on your foot it hurts less.

It controls the bleeding inside your foot, so it clots faster and the bruise heals quicker.

It's the same idea of when they take out an IV... you hold it really tight so you don't get a bruise from the blood leaking out of the vein.

Getting teeth pulled isn't a big deal... I was awake for getting most of my baby teeth pulled. i only got put to sleep for my wisdom teeth because mine were surgically removed and they had to cut open my gums, break the tooth in half and then pull it out then stitch my gums together or something like that. my wisdom teeth were Fu-messed up.

P.S. Do you REALLY wanna call me an a*****e? You're not going to like the result...
