Age: Sixteen
Year: Sixth Year
House: Ravenclaw
Ethnicity: She is of English and French descent. However English is the dominant ethnicity.
Hair: Emelyne has long, golden, blonde hair that ends near the middle of her back, almost where her brassiere lays. It isn’t straight, it falls in thick waves and it could be curly if she encouraged it to do so, but she usually just lets it go naturally wavy.
Eye Color: She has fairly large eyes, blue in color normally. Sometimes they will reflect a green or grey, depending on what color blouse she wears, but blue is the most usual.
Pet: She has a small, fairly young cat that she brings with her to Hogwarts. She received it as a present for being accepted into Hogwarts. It’s black, with splotches of white here or there. He has bright, green eyes and his name is Gizmo. Emelyne has an owl, but it really belongs to the family and his name is Ferdinand. Ferdinand stays at home.
Family:
Mother- Jacquelyn Marie Blake-Rouge. She’s would be forty-three and went by Jackie. Jackie worked in design and wizarding fashion. She grew up proper, but has a bit of a mischievous streak that likes to make itself known. She likes to have fun. Jackie is tall and thin, with long features, with golden hair and brown eyes. Jackie loves art and can play a variety of instruments and belonged to the Ravenclaw house at Hogwarts. Jacquelyn died of a stroke when Emelyne turned ten.
Father-Edward Pierre Rouge- His family used to be French, before they started to marry the English. Edward is forty-eight and works in Ministry of Magic, dealing with Foreign Affairs. He’s really strict, and really took his wife’s death hard. He had small, abusive tendencies, but Jackie soothed him, but after she died he got worse. He has very blue eyes, but dark hair. He’s long and lean, with broader shoulders. He also likes music and can play the piano. He grew up with very traditional Slytherin values. Edward is quite intimidating and stubborn. Because of his…tendencies, he has joint custody of Emelyne with Jeremy.
Brother:
Jeremy David Rouge- He’s twenty-one and belonged to the Slytherin house. He’s quiet, but can open up when he wants too. Jeremy is also very sly and manipulative, but very protective of Emelyne. He is the spitting image of his father. He’s also very sarcastic. He can seem very intimidating and uses that to his advantage. He wants to be a teacher. He really dislikes his father and his methods and doesn’t like his sister to be in the presence of him. He has joint custody of Emelyne with Edward.
Diving Deeper: Emelyne loves to dance. Her mother signed her up in Muggle Ballet when she was but three years of age. She adores it and it’s positively the one thing that makes her speechless. When she got accepted into Hogwarts, she had to stop taking the class officially, but after her mother died, her father was able to find a witch who gives her private lessons during the summer.
She’s reasonably tall, and thin; petite. Emelyne often gets teased about her less than womanly figure. She’s also very pale, a trait of her mother’s. She’s not that great at sports. Sure, Emelyne loves to watch Quidditch, but playing it is a different matter all together. She’s not that great of a flyer either…but she never properly learned.
Emelyne is opened minded, reserved and quiet like her brother, generally. She tries to give her fellow students the benefit of the doubt, but it’s difficult for a sixteen year old. When she opens up her shell, people will find that she’s a bright, cheerful Ravenclaw, with a bit of a snarky side. She hardly gets angry, but it happens, her playful sarcasm can turn biting.
She has a strong desire to learn. If anything, her shy, cheerful disposition should have landed her in Hufflepuff, if not her need to crack the books. She does have traits for the other three houses, but her Ravenclaw side was more dominant. She can be brave when she needs too and she can by sly and cunning when she wants, too.
Like the rest of her family, she’s very into the arts. Emelyne can play the piano and the flute, and she really wants to learn the violin. She also sings, and really enjoys singing and playing duets with her brother, Jeremy. She has a very strong relationship with her brother. She has strained relationship with her father, and is terrified of being alone with him and not living up to his expectations.
She tends to be loner. Emelyne claims that she doesn’t mind being lonely, but deep inside, she longs to be held by a person who truly loves her. But she is kind of frightened by a relationship, never being in one before. But boys seem to be a bit scared of her brother, so they keep at a safe distance.
Emelyne is also allergic to chocolate, and it all depends on the quantity. If it’s a little, she’ll break out in hives on her neck, and her neck will turn red and itchy. If she eats a lot, there’s a chance of her throat swelling shut.
Like the next student, Emelyne has her fears and issues. But she goes with the policy that if she ignores them, they will go away. Sometimes, the drive to be perfect is a little too harsh.
Emelyne is not quite sure what she wants to do with her adult life, yet. It’s an issue that she doesn’t like to bring up, because not knowing wouldn’t be perfect, no?
Taking a closer look:
Emelyne walked through Hogsmeade with her brother at her side. It was a well needed meeting, for the holidays were approaching. She sighed as Jeremy started to talk, “So, it’s required that you spend at least four days with Father over the oncoming holiday.”
“You know,” she replied, hugging her winter cloak closer, trying to block out the biting wind, “He’s not that bad…”
Her eyes averted when she saw him shake his head, “Yet. His mind’s going, Ems. Ever since Mother’s death…he has been different. But as long as you don’t make him angry, you should be fine.”
“Everything will be fine,” Emelyne said, a bright smile fitting to her face. “It’s just for a few days.” She pushed down the wave of anxiety and avoided her brother’s piercing look.
“Indeed,” Jeremy glanced at his watch, “You should be heading back. Heaven forbid you get a detention.”
Emelyne nodded and reached up on tip toe to give kiss his cheek, “Alright. You should really thank Father for being the topic of our conversation.”
“And why’s that?”
“Because,” A smirk manipulated her lips, “I was going to ask how your marital status was going. You know, if you let girls hear that sweet baritone you have, we’d have to beat them back with a broomstick.”

You have been Accepted
to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
You absolutely stunned me. There are a few things that irked me for all of... two seconds, but I realized that there was nothing to really complain about. The profile is detailed to a point where Emelyne seems like a character in the book. Her roleplay section is absolutely stunning, and I adore her.
She isn't absolutely beautiful, which made me smile. Too many times I see characters with perfect figures. I commend you.
I must say, I expect great things from you.
