depends on the animal, sometimes it can be just downright cruel, though occasionally you will get a dog that loves getting dressed up for most it's a scary unpleasant experience.

I think it is perfectly fine. I dont put clothes on my dog but I have nothing against it at all. It doesnt harm the animal at all and they look really cute. Usually people disagree becuase they dont think dogs are supposed to be treated like people. I wont argue with em but I dont agree, clothes on dogs is fine.

again it depends what yaq mean by clothes, if you're talking weatherproof jacket while it's stormy out or a backpack when you're out camping so the dog can carry his own food and toys fajr enough, dressing them in hot sweaty, bumblebee suits and stuff though, a different mattter. If it's for the comfort and well being of the dog, like keeping them warm, dry, and in the case of protection if he follows you to a demo or boots for a dog who walks rough terrain, then that is fair, same as anything that empowers them, like khan likes to carry his own supplies, he goes to get his own backpack or rather hint at me he wants it when he sees me put mine on. BUT am a firm believer that if you would not wear it yourself or dress your own child in it because it'd be too humiliating why is it ok to dress a dog in it, your average dog has an equivalent mental age between 1 and 3 years old so if you wouldn't dress a 3 year old in it then why is it ok to subject a dog to it?
