Depends on my mood, definitely. I tend to go between genres and bands. I like Celtic, rock, pretty much anything symphonic, techno, things like that. I'm currently on a kick with a Cake CD I bought (Fashion Nugget, an old one of theres I just never purchased), Celtic Woman, the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, Smash Mouth, Scooter, and some other random ones.

OK incredibly bizarre list here as my tastes are eclectic to say the least. Anything by anna tsuchiya or olivia lufkin, motzart, evanesence, a few AR punk bands including active slaughter, and strangely vera lynne. (ask your grandparents regarding the last one) OH also rasputina.

I like emo bands like Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, Brand New, Fall Out Boy etc. And I like to laugh when they try to claim they're not emo.
My favorite person to listen to when I'm sad is Skeeter Davis. No one can sing about heartache like she can.
I listen to other stuff too but I can't think of it.
