These jokes are quite funny. If you don't already know, Helen Keller was a women who was both blind and deaf. It might also help to tell you that blind people use brail to communicate. You know those dots, right?
How do you confuse Helen Keller?
1. Put her in a round room and tell her to find the corner.
2. Make her read a basketball.
3. Rearrange the furniture
4. Glue door knobs to the walls.
How do you get Helen Keller to keep a secret?
Break her fingers.
Why can't Helen Keller drive?
Because she's dead.
How did Helen Keller break her arm?
She tried to read a road sign at 40 mph.
How did Helen Keller burn her face?
She went bobbing for french fries.

All I can think of to add at the moment is:

I know it is not a joke. But that song is so stupid it might as well be a joke.

Didcha hear dat joke bout Hellen Keller? Neither did she. Yeah I know it's kinda stupid bit the only one I could remember. And don't trust me is a good song. I love 3OH!3 they are the best band ever. So shut up about them I mean if you were a band with crapy music you would want people to like them wouldn't I mean come on. I still love them!!!
