The only books I'm emotionally attatched to are ones that have special meanings to me- the last book a relative gave me before they died, and a book from a close friend who moved far away in highschool. But its more the people and what they meant to me- represented by said books- than the books themselves.

but honestly, dears. one of our major arguments with the twitards is the fact that they believe edward is real.

True. But there IS a difference between getting emotionally involved and invested with the characters in a story and actually believing them to be real.
And there's nothing wrong with the former, until you cross the line over into the latter's territory.

i wasn't aware that involved was the synonym of attached. wink

involved denotes that it's more of a present action. that you've been following the story and are bound to have an emotional reaction.

attached, however, is much more personal. like an actual person -- a friend, a family member.

Anyways, the only books I get attached to are Stephen King novels. He puts so much description without it being too much, and every other page, you find something even more ******** insane that sucks you in. Like IT.

.....In a book...? I get sad, for like 6 seconds. Vocaloid songs have made me cry, but I've gotten used to the heartwrenching pretty sounding stories (a bit).

For the book...I go "aww...no way!!!! ****** died?! Why?!" And then I calm down & continue reading.

I don't get majorly depressed.

When Zexion died, I don't remember getting really sad or depressed. I remember getting really angry. And Zexy's my favorite character of all freakin' time.

I got pissed when Axel andd Demyx died > sad and Zexions death didn't make me happy either. I was just all "WTF?!?!?!?" and then kept playing XD but on the subject of emotion attachment to my books.....Only a few, I LOVE my 1984 book and also the order of odd fish also The shining I don't know why though. I guess I just like 'em

Once Again,

I dont beleive this is like, un-normal, but getting depressed might be. I understand a tear or two but for a day? Rediculous. Im unemotional during all movies,books, etc. Even watching the Notebook I didnt cry. So I just laugh at others then. So in this case, I find it more humorous then odd.
