Well im nbot sure how tiny you are but you might be able to get away with making a skirt that is ruffly and maybe even squeeze it to have a couple ruffle layers. Otherwise you could always make a stuffy like a cat or a dog plushie.

I think a hat, like a beret! And bows you can attatch to your shoes. And one for your neck, and then you would have a matched accessory set, right? I'm not sure, if I'm left with a hunk of fabric I just kinda play with it, and I think of multiple little things rather than one large thing.
