"Zaine, I know you want justice, but please do your best to keep your head above the sea of revenge for now." He laughed while looking up at the door. Soon they would be out of here and they'd be able to help defend their home. "I know what you mean though. I, too, would love to see this son of a b***h squirm and writhe in agony as he gets pulled apart piece by piece. Alas, neither of us have shikai, so we'd be more of a nuisance than a help. Not only would we be taken down in a matter of a few seconds, but we'd be getting in the way of the others who stand a chance against him." He shook his head while making his way to the middle of the group. "Soon though Zaine. Soon we'll be dancing in the skies like those before us. Soon we shall slaughter those who dare disrupt the peace of our home. Soon Zaine.. soon." His voice was relaxed, just barely above a whisper.
"I know one, but I can't guarantee how effective it'll be." He sighed. "I've only used it a few times in battle, and even then it was never against large shrapnel with explosive power behind it. It's for that reason that I want you to be on your guard." He whispered while untying his zanpukato. The inside of his ears began to hum with the choir-like harmony as he set the blade across his lap. "Be ready to fire a reiatsu blast in case the kido should fail and make it powerful. I want to have enough time to put the kido up again without being smashed by a piece of concrete." He joked, looking at Zaine from the corner of his eye before returning to his meditative-like state. "Bakudo # 8, Repulse." His voice took on a hypnotic quality. A small ball of blue tinted light began to glow in front of the group and though it looked insignificant, the true power would show through once something came in contact with it.

Zaine calmed himself, "You are right, I'm applying for Shikai as soon as this is over." he stated (I actually did today ^_^) "Okay I will prep my Meimei hakarigoto, Yuuen nankan. Though I can't be sure how long I can keep it up." Zaine said as he sent massive amounts of reiatsu coursing through out his entire body, his skin showing arcs as if he had electricty playing along his skin.

[Enters in from Squad 1 medical builing]
Eguchi huffed loudly, a little out of breath at this point, but at least he was here. Sweat could just begin to be seen on his forehead, but it was quickly wiped away as he drew himself behind Tadashi, hand at his zanpaku-to's hilt. He gripped it firmly before realizing whom he was to slay. A previous member of squad 1. A rather rare thing to him. His eyebrow raised slightly as he released his grip upon his zanpaku-to and stepped closer. "What are you doing here, Tadashi? I thought you were part of squad 12 now?" The words were gruff in nature, but not hostile. A certain sense of annoyance could be heard in the deep under tones, but he wasn't here to start anything, with anyone. His figure towered over the other as he peered over the man's shoulder to see him drilling away at the door's hinges. "I see...so you're already helping with the retrievel...?"
The molten metal's brightness was sickening to Eguchi's eyes, but he wouldn't show that it bothered him. If anything this method was taking forever, even for Eguchi. "Make room, Tadashi." A step forward, and then another, dominant hand extended to grip the handle on the opposite side of the door. He took a deep breath and grit his teeth a little, his other hand holding onto the outer frame of the door before beginning to pull at his end. It creaked slightly, giving way at the top where the upper hinge had already been removed.

((OOC: AH! MY BUNKER! XD))
A blast of air and suppressed reiatsu flew from the door, blowing everyone and all attacks backwards. Before anyone could react, the molten metal melted itself back into position, regaining it's integrity and cooling. It lost the golden glow and returned to gun-metal gray, creaking and popping as the massive amount of steel alloy settled. After a moment, it swung open on silent hinges, letting those below to come out once again.
((OOC: Soory for the time you guys were stuck, I got slammed with camp, family dragging me to Seattle, college work, and other nonsense. I have returned a little however.))

As Tadashi drilled, he heard a rather familiar and irritated voice question him. As the drill dug in loudly, Tadashi had to yell in response. "Looks like I accidently left my heart and soul in squad 1! Im here to take it back!" Tadashi laughed as he drilled on with intensity. The final hinge was really giving resistance and the thought came to Tadashi that he couldn't do it alone.
Suddenly, seeing Eguchi actually cooperating with him in removing the door startled him a bit. All Tadashi could do was grin. As Tadashi drilled with his tainted left hand, and Eguchi pull with his strength, the door seemed to weaken.
Before Tadashi could yell out that they were almost there, something seen to have blown at them. A trap on the door perhaps was triggered. Tadashi flew back onto the ground and had skid on his left arm, dragging his molten drill along the ground. "The hell was that?!" Tadashi sprung up with his blade swiftly drawn. But to his surprise, the door had opened. Tadashi didn't know if who exactly was to be credited for the opening of the door.
Tadashi picked up the sack that Jin had prepared and proceeded to Eguchi to help pick him up. "Eguchi right?" Tadashi asked as he reached him. "Thanks."

Lerato opened his mouth to say his thanks, but nothing came out. His voice had gotten trapped within his mouth as he watched a sliver of light shine into the room, only for it to be taken away from him a moment later as the metal melted itself back into place. "Oh for the love of God, just open already!" He screamed, his anger filled voice roaring like thunder in the quiet of the bunker. The door of the bunker swung open a fraction of a second after he yelled his frustrations to the world.
"Grab who you can and make your way to the door. We need to get everyone out of here in case the door closes back up." Though many would think it was an order, it wasn't. It was an or else, and it had to be said by one of the two. They needed to get everyone out of the bunker in case it close up while they were gone. Neither Zaine nor his self knew how many rations were left and they weren't going to leave it to chance. "Let us get out of here so we may, once again, stand for Soul Society." His voice was stiff, just as it had been when the two of them parted ways during their final days at the academy. After picking up two of the smaller staff members and putting them over his shoulder he looked to Zaine. In that moment he realized that a brotherhood had been created from the blood and sweat which the two of them had so often shared. Holding the two small staff members on one shoulder, he bent and picked another more sizable one up before moving swiftly towards the door. 'Let's see what lays in store for us. Arrancar, bring what ever you have, for you will need it. I will protect my home from you, no matter the cost; this I swear.'

The force of the shockwave pushed at Eguchi with extreme prejudice, sending him toppling to the left as the door handle spung from his grip and returned to its previous resting position. It was odd, a dazed feeling as he shook his head to clear the dust from his dome and attempt to stand up. A another hand extended out to help him, Tadashi's, but he simply brushed it away as his own hands gripped for a place to pul his massive self from the ground. "It's fine." He turned to look at the door, now open, with an astonished expression. It looked as if it were a frown, but one couldn't tell at this point in the game. Another hand on the door frame as he bent his head forward to peer inside, body joining him slowly. "HEY! Lerato, you still alive or am I going to have to drag out corpses for the second time today?" His voice was even more gruff when shouting, but it had to be done. He stepped lightly onto the pressure sensitive pad and was greeted by blinding lights he he went deeper inside, squeezing himself into the space.

A shadow slowly started to cover up the rectangular piece of light that pierced the darkness of the bunker. "I would suggest getting out of the way unless you want both of us to be carried from here." His voice rang out, echoing against the thick cement walls. Once he was about half way up the long flight of stairs the mysterious shadow started to take place. It was when the figure failed to shrink to a more normal size that he got a feeling about who it was. "Eguchi, I'm not joking around here! I'm hauling up three people, and I'm not stopping until I have them safely out in the open. I hope you understand." A few steps later the lights to the corridor lit up and revealed just how close the two of them now were. He had to throw himself to the side, turning his body and did an improvised 'grapevine' to avoid a collision with the third seat. Once he was a fair distance away from the bunker he stopped and set the Jin's staff down. The sun felt magnificent on his face; and the air felt crisp in his lungs. 'This truly is heaven.' He thought to himself, staring off into the sky. "Hey Eguchi, you might want to watch out, Zaine might be tearing through there real soon." He called over his shoulder loud enough to be heard even in the bottom of the bunker.

Zaine came into the light with a grin and the four people he had brought up, two were small enough for him to carry on his shoulder one was in a litter that Zaine dragged and the fourth was using Zaine's Zanpakutoh as a walking staff. "Well Lerato, I decided to actually work instead of taking the easy people." he said with a wry grin.

"What do you mean work?" He jested, turning around to look at him with glacier blue eyes. "Doesn't look like you're working too hard to me. You're carrying two small people just as I did, and your dragging the heftier one and the last one is using you're zanpukato as a walking stick. Your not even helping her." He laughed and walked over to him, grabbing one of the smaller ones from his shoulders and wrapped his arm around the one who was limping with the help of his blade. "I would have came back to help you sooner, but I tend to get claustrophobic in military grade bunkers that lock shut and refuse to open. But I guess that's just me." He laughed, glad to finally be out of the fortress. "So Eguchi, when are we heading out? I can't wait to get back into the swing of things."

Zaine punched his friend in the arm, "I still did more than you my friend." he said wickedly, then looking around he turned to Eguchi, "Thank you for the help, I must leave now and take care of somthing I need to do at squad 10." he bowed to Eguchi and with a final grin to Lerato, dashed off to the 10th division.

Tadashi walked down the stairs with the sack slung on his back. As Tadashi got to the survivors, he tossed the sack at them. "Inside are some food, water, and blankets. Nourish yourselves." Tadashi lit a cigarette and began to smoke. "If your eager to fight the arrancar, I got some bad news for you. He made his escape. But, if you want to make this personal, come with me." Tadashi turned around, headed back up the stairs, and waited for them.

Eguchi nodded politely back at Zaine before watching him run off towards his own squad, returning to his home. Eyes shifted now, watching as more nurses made their way from the bunker in a solomn, single-file line, heads bowed in submission. "First we are headin back to the Medical building to restaff them and take care of the wounded. Most likely hold a short memorial for the fallen, and then move onto whatever's next, Lerato." He sighed lightly and scratched the underside of his forearm, looking now at Tadashi. "I'd be glad to oblige you whole-heartedly on your offer, but I must return to my duties and see what I can do to help with the rebuilding of our squad. Things like vendettas can't be at the forefront of my mind right now..."
He suddenly turned to help a nurse that had tripped on the last stair and was about to go curbside on herself, catching her in his strong limbs. His grasp was gentle to the touch, but still enough to cause the woman to yelp in surprise. She turned to smile up at him and thank him as he set her upright again. "There we go, ma'am." He smiled back at her before returning to the coordination of regrouping them for moving back to the Medical building.

Lerato bit his lip and nodded. There were a lot more things that he thought should have come first, such as Tadashi's vendetta, but Eguchi was older, and obviously wasn't letting hatred cloud his judgement. "Aye." He whispered. "I'll take who I can and meet you there." At a fairly nice pace he picked up a few of those who were unable to walk, gave his zanpukato to a young lady who was limping, and partnered up a few others who needed to lean on each other.
'That's it. I have to learn shikai. Not just for myself, but for those who rely on me for help.' He thought to himself, trudging along with the nurses on his back. "I truly am sorry for the bumpy ride. I've never had to carry people such a distance, and I'm sure that it isn't all that pleasurable. I'll try to make it as easy as I can, but I'm not guaranteeing anything." He said politely.

Eguchi nodded to Lerato without looking at him watching as the last of the nurses filed out of the bunker and into the neatly chaotic group outside. "Very well." He sighed and scanned the group, still seeing those affected physically by the recent attack on their compound. He despised it, this feeling of deeply rooted hatred that built up in his core and stayed like an unwelcome parasite in his soul. He wanted to destroy the arrancar who did this and wring his dead carcass of its inards before using them to decorate the nearest and highest tree he could possibly find. The sheer scale of the attack was what was really off-setting to him. How could one arrancar do so much damage in such little time without feeling the wrath of someone's blade. It was surely baffling! 'Godamnit!' He frowned t himself, putting a hand on the back of his head as he turned away from his ward for a moment to scrunch his face up into an unrecognizable ball. Tears were in there somewhere he knew it, but it was only now he realised he had already become red-nosed with sorrow. He huffed loudly and cleared his throat, non-chalantly wiping his head down his face as he turned back to address those still amoung his charge. "Alright, I need those able to move on their own without injury to pair up and assist those unable to physically move. Those of you who have less severe injuries please bare with us as we move back to the medical building. I am sorry but I cannot provide any of you with assistance at the moment other than the ability to carry a few of you back with me."
Two nurses came forward carrying an individual with 2nd and possibly 3rd degree burns between them. Eguchi couldn't help, but immediately scoop her from her comrade's arms, feeling more tears as he turned around in a slow fashion as not to disturbed the already shaking nurse in his arms. "Move out!" He yelled, trudging off in front of them all.
