I'm not pale (given I'm half hispanic, I do have a nice little tan, people think I am still "white" though), I am clumsy, just one big mess in my opinion, I'm physically and emotionally strong, I don't get attached to people that can be considered obsessive (because well, being screwed over far too many times can do that to you, and I have small trust issues in relationships), I have over a 3.0 GPA in college for my third year which I am attempting to be a nurse, and I have some quirks that are seen as pretty (the bf calls me "cute' or "adorable" at least three times a day, I just usually ignore them because I know my flaws).
So yeah.... dunno how I can relate to Bella, I'm not attracted to sparkly fairies vampires.

Ol Gypsy xXHopless RomanceXx Strong? God no! My grandma who passed away over a year ago is stronger than Bella could ever HOPE to be. Smart? Please. I know mentally chalenged people who are smarter than her!
Strong as in I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR.
Right. My grandma was the strong in the same way the song describes. She had to put up with a lot of crap in her life, but she never let anyone see how it affected her.

No, strong is when you DO NOT get depressed just cuz your bf ran away. Strong is when you take some knives and daggers & rush into battle even though your bf said no. Strong is when you'd follow your bf into danger or give him a broken leg rather than let him go.
Strong is when you find out that you're not strong enough (physically or emotionally) & go off to find the answer yourself rather than being dependent.
Smart...?
Smart is when you consistently use your brain.
Smart is when you throw a rock at something that you can't punch.
Love...?
Love is when you talk about your feelings more than when you make out. It's about compromising.
Seriously. Bella is not what is listed above. And she's WAAAAAAY too clumsy. Two left feet maybe?
And all I did above was state traits of my heroine whose life get's turned upside down. And right now, she's in a coma because she wasn't paying attention, rushed into battle (but did save her bf's life) & got poisoned by a sneak attack.
Her actions have consequences. *nod*

And there's a difference between being devoted to the one you love(which I am) and being totally obsessed and life-dependent on them. Which I'd like to hope I'm not.
Also, Bella is not strong, or smart...and she's almost CHRONICALLY clumsy. There has to be some underlying problem to that much klutziness.
If every girl is like Bella, then that worries me.
rolleyes same here I have incredibly dark hair (which, no matter what color i try to dye it it never works) Im a klutz and I have pale skin but Bella has to be some albino freak with a neurological disease, no normal person falls that much! I have terribly dark hair too, but i bleached it before I died it green but my mom won't let me dye it anymore because it was too expensive. I am not a klutz I do not fall in love with a guy i have only had three conversations with and obviously hates me I wouldn't jump off a cliff because my boyfriend went somewhere else I actually have thoughts I have nothing in common with that mary sue (thank god)
