I was wondering the same thing. That's a huge change.
I'm in Northern Virginia. However, I'd like to go somewhere where it stays a little warmer for most of the year. I'm not a huge fan of the cold. I find snow and ice absolutely beautiful...until I have to go out in it. Then it's just pure, frosty evilness.

Columbus, Ohio. I love the snow here. Unfortunately, no other Ohioans know how to DRIVE in it!!

No one in Fargo (ND) knows how to drive PERIOD.
You would think with all the expanses of highway we have connecting all the small towns (of which we have a billion) people would be able to drive.
I am moving to Seattle, though. After college. 3nodding
