Omi sighed and nudged his brother gently with his muzzle, "I did not mean to offend you Apo. You may watch the birds and search for small burrows all you want, really, whatever makes you happy. You could eat grass and say it is better than meat for all I care, you are still my brother..." He paused and then continued with an amused tone, "And it's not the matter of needing to... why would you not WANT to? It is a whole part of yourself you do not know! You don't even have to be particularly curious to find out! Simply sit and concentrate on your soul, it is all written there. Really, it takes such little effort to find out your domain at least... Maybe you don't want to use it, heaven knows why but I won't delve into that, but wouldn't it be nice to just know that part of yourself? Really..."
Omi paused and then smiled broadly as he thought of a good metaphor, "It's just like living in a giant cave all your life, with a passageway that leads off to the side that you have never explored. It isn't a need that makes you want to explore the passageway and see where it leads to, you just do it because you want to. And who knows....? Maybe at the end of that passageway is a treasure you never knew about and could never appreciate until you figured out it was there...!"

Again Appoloin forwn and thought about what his twin was saying and nodded. "That is true. But just because it is there. does not mean you have to look at it, or even know about." He looked up at this brother and offered a smile. "What if they part of the cave was unstable? Why risk it when you are happy not knowing about it." He thought for a moment taking a bite out of his apple that he almost forgot he had been eating. "We really are nothing like each other." He laughed.

Omi sighed and shrugged, flicking his tail playfully across Apo's face, "Do not frown at me brother, I am not trying to offend. As it were, if no one risked anything, nothing would ever get done. If people just lived carefully and safely, then no discoveries or new things would be learned. Progress for progresses sake is something to be commended, not feared!" He peered at his brother's pondering face, when suddenly Apo started to laugh. And what he said next couldn't have been more true. "Well Apo, don't let our differences divide us. Our parents were polar opposites, and they get along just fine..."
