High calorie healthy foods would probably be like Paninis,Quiznos or Subway,
Sandwhiches with everything in it basicly. Or salads,with extra dressing.
Basicly the full meal.

I has same issue.
I was 82lbs, I was underweight by 8 pounds. Now I'm only underweight by four. XD
But don't do it my way, I probably rotted out my teeth.

High calorie foods are pasta and meatballs with a bread stick, then mashed potatoes, yes, those are very high calories. Anything with startch in it. Yes potatoes are your friends. Have you ever had a purple yam? Amazing things when boiled or baked, just awesome.
For protien shakes, I suggest that chocolate milk breakfast thing, from essential. It's what I used, and it does taste good.
Those arn't about calories though, protine helps your muscles fortiy themselves or something funny like that, so you'll gain weight from the extra muscle mass, and that's the good kinda weight.

Also be lazy for a bit, when you take a break from skatin munch on some carrots with dressin's and you'll be happy. =)
It's a good idea to start these habits now, then when your an adult, you'll already be in the right habits so you'll be in great shape and be very healthy.

lol i found some of those essential things in my pantry ive been drinking them =p ive mostly been eating eggs, breads, and noodles lately... idk if thats bad or not lol

Noodles.. hello ulcer. Too many eggs.. hello high blood and cholesterol. You must find the balance. Variety, might not want to choose fatty foods though. ninja

Most instant noodles or ramen aren't very healthy to begin with. Theres recipes for making noodles and ramen relatively healthy as possible though. Possibility to give you an uncler with the ingrediants they're normally made with.. too much of certain foods can give you an ulcer.

god damn it i lost 4 pounds in one day of working out and skating... now im underweight. im hoping ill start gaining from working out soon instead of losing.
atleast i can skate stairsets now mrgreen
