Sorry if there is already a thread about this, and if there is, feel free to direct me there, but I'm having a hard time finding it.
It's been about 2 years since I've spoken Japanese and I've gotten really rusty. lol I know some conversational verbs (i.e. tabemasu, nemasu, mimasu, nomimasu, okimasu, etc.,etc.) but I have forgotten the conjugations to take these verbs from "will (verb)" or "will not (verb)" to other forms such as "can/n't", "should/n't", "could/n't", etc.,etc. I would really appreciate it if some one could help me out by giving me a list of verbs and conjugation forms. Please.

I don' think I' consider that a bump >.> And if Google was a. that simple, b. helping any at all, or c. yielding any worthwhile results, I wouldn't be posting here. I'm sorry if that came across as terse or rude, but this is supposed to be a Japanese Students Guild, in which case, I would expect members to be willing to help others learn with more direction than "Go to Google". Especially with all the 'self-study doesn't work' comments floating around.

Especially with all the 'self-study doesn't work' comments floating around. I see. I do apologize if I came across as rude, as well. There's really no need for repeat posting here, as the guild does not move fast enough to really justify it. I do believe self study can work, when supplemented with classes, whether traditional or online. Pertaining to your question, are you talking about permission, or what one is and isn't allowed to do? Or something else? Your line of questioning is fairly vague, in this respect

This should be a decent guide. If you have any more questions pertaining to this, or want anything on this link explained more in detail/simply, just let me know.
Edit: Crap, I realized that link above was the same one I posted. Once again the offer to explain any/all of it is still up for grabs.

here are the some i know
ta-short form of mashita
nai-short form of masen(informal)
tai-used to describe to want something ex..okonomiyaki wo tabetai * I want to eat okonomiyaki.
takunai- opposite of tai
te/de-request form ex.. kitte kudasai. go please
ro-emphasizes te ( i think its a informal form) tabero!! EAT!!!
masho- Let's.... Ex. ikimasho! lets go! iki=go masho=lets...
here's all I know. umm. I will let you know If I learn anymore. These would surely help you because in some japanese songs, they use alot short verb forms. not the polite long ones, such as masu, mashita, and masen. yah, PM me if you have any questions.
