I've always been characteristically flat-chested. When I weighed 145 lbs, I was about a 34A... which, for me, is actually pretty much. and I got mistakened for a guy a LOT. x___x;;
Now I've lost 5-8 lbs, my chest just almost vanished. By the time I reach my goal of 115 lbs, I'll be like a complete board up front... it makes me really self-conscious.
Is there a way to lose weight while somehow keeping the chest, or is that impossible (losing weight = lose front)?

Unfortunately, no. There is no way (that I know of) to keep from losing weight off your bust.

When I was 160lbs...I think, my heaviest might have been more, I actually forget. Anyways, I was a 36C. Now I'm a 34A possibly 32A I have trouble finding bras that fit, I mostly don't wear bras cause I like sporty clothes and sports bras. I'll wear a nice bra that gives me the illusion of cleavage if I'm wearing a nice shirt though. Plus, the lil bit of padding in them makes me look bigger and gives a nice shape. My boss always bugs me when I wear bras, saying I don't need one, what cleavage? and I'm president of the ittie bittie tittie committee. But I'm okay with it. I like my breasts, they're a lot perkier now that they aren't being weighed down with all that fat. They're fabulous! xd I just find that a lot of shirts I have don't compliment my figure and completely hide what I do have. before: after:

Think of it this way, caving will be easier for you than it will be for others. Breasts are a pain in my a**, and I'd rather have small ones than have granny tits, which are what I have, what I've always had and what I will remain to have...

when i'm chubby i'm a D cup. when i'm skinny i'm a B cup. when i'm "normal" (the weight i want to be coz that's where all my clothes fit best) i'm a C cup. the only thing that ever made it different was: the first six months i was breast-feeding my baby, i lost the baby-fat but stayed a D cup. after i weaned her, they shrank again... anyway, breast enlargement would be a lousy reason to have a kid! gonk if you tend to carry weight on your tummy, losing weight will make your boobs look bigger, because they lose proportionately less size than your tummy. but if you carry weight mostly on your hips/thighs, you won't get that bonus... however, carrying fat on your hips seems to mean you have less risk for a heart attack than if it's on your waist, so it's not all bad... don't feel bad about being flat-chested... from what i've heard it's better to have too little than too much! sweatdrop
