Kesslan is potentially a sympathizer, if Rinfala has her way. She doesn't like the junior weyrwoman, and dislikes the idea of her running a weyr. She thinks it's all a ploy for the woman to get herself into power and considers O'asis to be a bit misled.
However, since her close friend Rin supports the movement, and she as well dislikes the overcrowding, she can't say that she doesn't understand the motivation behind the ILA.
She also disapproves of disrespectful measures and thinks instead the move to another weyr should be discussed rationally...
Once there's enough wingriders to actually FORM a weyr, of course!

You can count on Lyveana to squish the heads of anyone she catches being mischievous. Literally.
Allende could be a sympathizer, if only because she thinks someone ought to screw their thinking caps on and take a good look around at the overcrowding.

N'ron and blue Erevuth are neutral on the rebellion. N'ron turns the other cheek. He'd be interesting in hearing what this is all about, though.

While Rin will probably be too dead-tired for several weeks to actually sabotage anything (and afterward, it'd just be bad form for a goldrider), but she will be an outspoken supporter of the ILA. Whining about the food, bitching about the crowding, you name it.

Kella will definitely be a supporter- she likes to b***h about the overcrowding, lack of supplies- hell NO she doesn't want to share her room with 3-4 other girls! Not only is she a supporter, but she's not the type to just VOICE her support. She wants to DO something to make a change~ but that's up to you, what she does. ;DD

Listing Kella as a sympathizer for now - are you hinting that she might want to be a member? surprised It sounds like it would be right up her alley. It's not like the ILA demands club meetings or whatever, just that if someone sees a good opportunity to further the cause (without exposing it, naturally!), they take it.

Oh, member, yes- she'd DEFINITELY seize any opportunity to spoil food, piss people off, and generally voice/act on her opinions. She'll have AMPLE opportunity, too, since she works in the kitchens! I'd definitely love to do a food-tampering scene. >DDD

x_x Gah, I've been meaning to post in here for a while and kept forgetting. failfailfail.
Anyways, Annelie can be considered as Neutral... I think. She doesn't want anything to do with the ILA, but she isn't going to tattle or be a pain about it unless something goes way too far overboard. Ista is her only home now, so she's never going to leave it, despite its problems.
As for Ferris, I have no idea yet. I'll get back to you on that.

All right, made the changes!
I'm planning on starting an ILA ORP soon, probably utilizing Dolmin more than O'asis (O'asis draws too much attention to be able to do too much active work for the ILA |D Downside of being a bronzerider, especially a noisy one...), and I'll post a link here when that's fleshed out enough to run. But anyone in the ILA who wants to run a sabotage is more than welcome to, and if they post a link here to it, I'll try and have a character in for sure! <3
